Viewber and Jess were really great
Used Viewber recently in Jan/Feb 2025 to gather information on a new Buy to (Lease) purchase for our company. Due to issues outwith our control, there were some cancellations and delays - none of it Viewber's fault I might add. Viewber were understanding, and the mini-inspection did eventually go ahead. The request was fairly bespoke, and time-critical, so there was a bit of too-ing and fro-ing - they persevered with it, and I wanted to give a specific shout-out to Jess in particular at Viewber's operations team, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and efficient. We got what we needed. Thanks guys - really great stuff!

Nobody is responding to my online…
Nobody is responding to my online enquiry. There is no phone number to use for help. Used this in the past and it was good. Now it is unusable.
Update. The department I needed did not work on the weekend but did get back to me first thing Monday.

Worked with Viewber at the start, they paid okay and the jobs were good then they cut the payment again and again and then took away mileage. They keep sending me keysafe fitting jobs even though I asked numerous times years ago to remove my details as i have not worked with them for years. Very poor data protection and I wouldn't recommend working for them now.

Great and convenient service

Excellent Service
Viewber assisted us with viewings of properties which were in a town 3 hours away. Their feedback was prompt and they always accommodated our requests. One of their viewings resulted in us purchasing an investment property! I highly recommend their services.

They put jobs on the internet for tradesmen and then tell the tradesmen how much they will pay for the jobs , for instance supply and fit a keysafe for £45, costs £20 to buy so
Then £25 labour , tax, fuel , public liability insurance etc etc , they take advantage of the builders and then dying the customer , absolutely disgusting

Our investigation confirms that you are not a client, but replied to a key safe installation job offer. Requests for the installation of key safes are advertised on trade job sites and the jobs can be accepted or declined by the tradesperson. The time allocated to install and the cost of the key safe are factored into the offer price. On this occasion we were unable to proceed with your offer as it even well exceeded our client charge.

We are a large property buying company with quite a few arms to our company, Viewber is used for all different aspects to our business whether that’s viewings, document signing, photos etc - we are proud to work alongside them and would highly recommend them.
