Saeed Assou was my surveyor recently and carried out a Level 2 Homebuyer's Survey. His report was very thorough and he was very responsive when I contacted him with questions about the report. As a first time buyer, it was very reassuring and his comments helped me to renegotiate the purchase price. I would highly recommend him!

Viking Surveyors are a very professional and customer driven company who clearly take pride in their services.
As first-time buyers, we found the process of booking and paying for the survey easy and Viking arranged with sellers a date. The report I received from Barry a few days later was very thorough and clear, making it easy to see any potential issues with the property going forwards. I even had a confusion around cost estimates for repairs which Phoebe kindly sorted out as a goodwill gesture. Overall would highly recommend Viking Surveyors.

Alex was courteous, knowledgeable and responded rapidly according to our needs. His clear explanation of both legal and stuctural issues was particularly helpful. The general level of professional expertise was impressive and reassuring. Can thoroughly recommend.

I recently hired Viking surveyors for a property inspection and I’m extremely impressed with the work completed by Matthew. He was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. Matthew took the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the properly and provided a very detailed report. His communication was excellent and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Viking and Matthew for anyone in need of a reliable surveyor. I will definitely be working with them again the future.

The company turned around the report within 5 days, which was great. The administrators were very courteous.

I did miss a few things:
1) No call on the day of completion of survey. It is common for surveyors to call and provide some initial feedback.
2) Report photos could be better. Photos either unclear on what to focus on or poor quality
3) A couple of key findings are in the report but not highlighted in the action section.

A better and a more specific report could have helped us.

I'm really happy I chose Viking for my house survey. The adminstration team were great when I had to change dates, they provided a clear easy to read report and the guy that carried out the survey (Alex) was lovely and actually refunded me the extra £100 it cost to upgrade my survey from Level 2 to Level 3 but he didn't deem it necessary. Which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

The team in customer service supported me through a few different issues I faced.

The survey was booked in very quickly and report received on time. I am a first time buyer and had many questions, I called Alex sporadically and he was more than willing to go through my questions and explain in detail the statements I was unsure of.
