Excellent communicaton throughout and the online account was easy to use. The staff were polite and friendLY. The survey report was clear and detailed, with lots of pictures and jargon free explanations. We had a few questions after reding the report and Jack rang us and went through all the questions we had in details, so we felt even more confident about the purchase, thank you!

Jack Davies performed a RICS level 3 survey for us. The survey itself was thorough and very clearly presented. Jack’s communication and patience after the survey was what really set him apart though. As first time buyers, buying an old property, there’s been a lot for us to learn. Jack was always very quick to respond, and patiently answered all of our questions over multiple rounds of emails, dealing with a host of different issues and quirks with the property. His communications were always crystal clear and very detailed. He really went above and beyond throughout the whole process, and helped us navigate a complex purchase. We’re very grateful for all of Jack’s time and the professionalism.

I would very highly recommend Viking Surveyors. Their review was exceptionally thorough, articulate and clearly set out with lots of pictures to identify issues. We found the advice to be super helpful and the surveyor drew our attention to areas we were not aware of when viewing the property. I would choose them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I didn't go to Viking Surveyors, for a survey, I needed help to disprove a valuation that E-Surv completed for a re-mortgage. Alex was incredibly understanding and helpful and gave me everything he could to help me out, even though he got nothing back from it! His knowledge was far superior to E-Surv and he explained everything fully and also wrote a response for me to use to rectify the error made. If I need a surveyor at any point in the future, Alex will be my first and only call.

Saeed Assou completed my survey in a timely and efficient manner. I then had several questions, some of which were quite technical. Saeed responded to each of my queries in detail with all the skill and expertise one would expect from a RICS surveyor, and at no extra cost. I’m pleased I went with Viking and grateful that I was allocated Saeed Assou.

I used Viking’s services earlier in the month. The process to book a valuation was straightforward the Customer service was excellent, informative and responsive. I had a great experience with the surveyor Saeed who was the surveyor on the day and I appreciated his help to share is expertise on what to be aware of when considering buying a property I feel the service he priced was honest efficient and professional.

I cannot be more grateful to Viking Surveyors. Their level of customer service is exceptionally good. A couple of weeks ago, I booked a survey through Shazna, who was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me decide which survey would be best for the age of the property we were buying. She followed up with prompt confirmation emails, keeping everything organized and stress-free.

Unfortunately, our sale fell through this week, and when I called Viking Surveyors, Shazna once again answered the phone. She was absolutely delightful and so kind while I was upset on the call. She handled everything with such empathy and efficiency, quickly arranging the reimbursement without any hassle.

I honestly could not fault their customer service. When we find another property, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing Viking Surveyors again. They’ve earned my complete trust and appreciation.

One of if not the most comprehensive surveys I have had but made so easy from start to finish, with what I was reported back with it gave us the information we needed to save us from paying over the odds. We were able to negotiate the price down to mitigate the cost of rectifying the damp and roof insulation. Money well worth spending and a company that actually know what they are supposed to be doing. It’s about time there was a surveying company that performed what they were paid to do and professionally.

Fantastic service from Viking Surveyors from start to finish. They really put my mind at peace and walked me through the process. Communications fantastic. Once paid got a survey confirmed within days and then report 5 working days later which was very detailed but easy to understand. Highly recommended.

I had a really great experience with Viking Surveyors. The booking process was easy, they communicated clearly throughout and all at a decent price. My surveyor Matthew got back to me quickly when I had follow-up questions, and was really helpful when we spoke. When something did go wrong (very minor - didn't receive an email I was expecting) they were really responsive and helpful, and resolved the issue quickly. Would recommend!

Efficient and fast process. The report has what one expects at this level and provided good recommendations on improvements and things to watch out for.
