I did my 300 hrs yoga teacher training program from Rishikesh vinyasa Yoga School and I am very delighted with my experience learning the yoga with highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly teachers like yashpal sir, Pradip sir, rajesh sir, Aashish sir, Chirag sir. All teachers were so knowledgeable in their field and it really kindled my curiosity to know more and do more in astanga yoga and vinyasa yoga. I felt i need to spend more time there so that I can do more advance yoga poses as i felt the time spend there was too short to learn . I will returning back again to refine my Asanas. Thank you very much all teachers.

The 200-hour yoga teacher training course was one of the most incredible months in my life. The teachers are so generous with their knowledge and time and give each student their full attention. The management was also very accommodating and supportive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food is also delicious.
This is the place to grow as a yoga practitioner and a person. I can’t wait to come back!

The best school of Rishikesh I will say you will come here and you will get so much you have not expected... highly recommended the teachers are excellent in their work.. I did my 300 hours Yttc from Vinyasa yoga ashram, it was a great experience. Teachers are very good and helpful with great knowledge. It was the best decision to learn from Vinyasa yoga ashram.

Taking admission to this school was the best decision I have ever made. From teachers to staff everyone took care of me like a family, couldn't ask for anything more🙏.
In this course, you just don't learn about Yoga but you also get to learn life lessons(fact), how much I have evolved in 24 days is surreal. I had no yoga background before coming to this school and I was very scared if I would be able to cope up or not, but the teachers here will teach you from the basics, so nothing to worry about. I am not sure if I would ever find such amazing teachers anywhere else. Gratitude 🙏

I found more than what I expected. All teachers are professional. They are keeping the seriousness of the classes in a good level while the classes are enjoyable and funny. If anyone ask me for a yoga class in Risikesh , I would suggest vinyasa school and the teachers to people without any hesitation.

Vinyasa Yoga Ashram is the best place to go for if one is serious about learning yoga.
1. Teachers: A school is but as good as it's teachers. All the teachers here have profound knowledge in their respective fields and and keen to help us learn and answer our doubts. I have learned immensely in just a short span of time and wish to learn further from them. No words can express my gratitude towards them for touching our lives in numerous ways. 2. Vibe: The school has a very friendly vibe and one feels like belonging to the place right from day one. The energy of the place is always very positive. One gets opportunity to meet different people from different walks of life, all here to make their lives better. there is no dull day in the campus.
3. Location: The Campus is located away from the noise of the city. The constant sound of stream flowing next to the school adds to the serenity of the place..

I did my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram (Yoga Alliance USA certified). And this was the best decision of 2021.

The program is carefully crafted to give you a holistic flavour of not just the Asanas (Astanga and Vinyasa flow) but it is coupled with in-depth understanding of anatomy with alignment – which helps understand the body and muscle movement better – this helps one get deeper into the postures while giving you the tools to avoid injuries … It also brings out yoga philosophy – not only in theory but also in practice with meditation …

Lastly the instructors are the best part about this course … They are experts in their fields with extensive experience …
The classes are interactive and fun … Instructors break down each asanas with detailed modifications to ensure that everyone in the class is equally engaged and can performs the asana as per their flexibility and strength …

I have personally gained immensely from this course and would highly recommend this to everyone who is keen to get deeper into yoga or wants to teach …

A big thank you to the amazing instructors - Pradeep Sir, Rajesh Sir, Bhavesh Sir and Ashish Sir… Staff is super helpful right from Mukeshji who helped me sort out my logistics to the cooking staff led by Sushilji, Vinodji and Ajay. As well as Govindji for keeping my room clean and warm greetings everyday.

I am definitely going back to them for my 300 hours training! :)

I highly suggest you join Vinyasa Yoga School for the YTT course no matter where you are in your Yoga journey. The teachers here are exceptional! They are inspiring and motivating. They invest highly in every aspiring YTT student. It was a privilege to learn, process and practice yoga under their tutelage.
