I am glad that i chosen vinyasa yoga teacher training school in Rishikesh. This is a wonderful place for an amazing experience as it feels like home. Great ambiance for learning. If i talk about all my teachers they have been very helpful and understanding throughout my journey. They are highly professionals and well experienced in each and every activity we had learn in school. Bhavesh Sir, Pradeep Sir , Yashpal Sir, Ajay Sir, Rajesh Sir, Ashish Sir, Rohit Sir, Ram Sir, Naman ji, Mukesh ji, Ajay & staff i can’t thank you enough for all your support and guidance.

Completing 500YTTC with Vinyasa Yoga Ashram was a beautiful, heart warming experience for me. It is a great Yoga school and a school of life too. I'm happy that i was able to spend 2 months in this amazing place with intelligent, experienced yet humble teachers. They are very caring, find approach to every student, open minded and know how to challenge you with fun. Efficient teaching methods helped me to deepen my understanding of Yoga with ease and joy. Amazing experience.The best part of this school is teachers and staff here. Teachers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Location of the school is beautiful as well. The sunlight and mountains add a charm and energy to the morning practice. Also I made some amazing yogi friends here. The journey of this one month was beautiful and the knowledge is helping me to grow. I'm very grateful for this experience and would like to recommend all the aspiring yogi's and teachers to go for this school and lifetime experience.

I did my 200 hour TTC from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram and they have some of the best teachers for all aspects of Yoga like Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy,Philosophy. The teachers take every effort to ensure the students are ready to take yoga practice to next level and start teaching. I personally see a lot of progress in my own practise, so my heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers. The food is very good and other staff are also very approachable. I am very excited and looking forward for the 300 hour TTC course 😊.

For Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga, this is the best school in Rishikesh in my opinion. I completed 500 hours with this school and it was an amazing experience. The team of teachers are very good. The communication was clear and they have deep knowledge in yoga. I will highly recommend Rishikesh Vinyasa ashram.

IYoga TTC Vinyasa yoga Ashram has been a turning point for me, I did my 200 hour YTTC and looking forward to coming for 300 hour soon.
I have learnt so much that now I know my future journey how to walk on it and what to work on, thank you very much all the respected teachers and specially, Bhavesh sir , Pradeep sir, Parveen Madam and Ashish sir.
And thank you to kitchen staff too for cooking such a satisfying food.

It’s a great experience in Vinyasa Yoga School. The staff is very welcoming and charming. Teacher's are extremely knowledgeable.
If you you want to spend an hour or two focussing on your well-being, this is the place to be. They will take you through a wonderful journey of yoga and expansion of consciousness. They will also train your mind & body to self-heal and raise your awareness about your own self.
And the three Time Meal Is Also satvik and very Delicious

I have loved every single minutes at Vinyasa Yoga ashram. It's such a beautiful setting by the river and near the mountains. If you are looking for a place to be completely immersed in the yoga practice and away from any distraction, this is your place. In the winter, it is a bit colder but we have the luxury of having heaters in the rooms so what's not to like. The food is scrumptious, we even ask the chefs to give us a cooking class He was delighted to show us his skills. The teachers are very professional and experienced. I can only praise this place

So I enrolled at the Vinyasa Yoga Ashram last month for the 200 hour course. It was also to take a break from my mundane life and put a stop to the monotony. But what seemed like a distant dream materialised and flourished so beautifully at a place I can now call my “home”.

Vinyasa Yoga Ashram is not only a place to learn Yoga from but you will be provided with in-depth knowledge about all subjects right from anatomy, philosophy, pranayam, meditation, alignment to learning the famous ashtanga and vinyasa.

The rigorous routine of the course will ensure that you can change your lifestyle in a month if you really want. It brought about a 360 degree change in mine.

The best part about this course are the Gurus who are so incredibly deep into their subjects and will be able to address each of your doubts with patience and support. I would especially like to mention some names because they have in a short span made a considerable change in my thinking pattern and living patterns.

Bhavesh Sir is the master of Philosophy- the most famous in all of Rishikesh for being so full of wisdom and knowledge of his subject.

Parveen Maam - She’s the sweetest person with the warmest of hearts ! We did some life changing meditation classes and I have been practicing a few of them which have made a lot of difference for me.

Pradeep Sir - He’s the fittest and undoubtedly the youngest who has the undebatable knowledge of Anatomy, Ashtanga, pranayam, and also Alignment. You could also say he’s an all rounder.

Ashish Sir - He’s the one who has helped us improve our postures and taught us technically how to help others improve their postures. This is something that I can apply when I teach.

Rajesh Sir - Not only he is the best Vinyasa teacher in the whole of Rishikesh but also he broke down how Vinyasa flow is designed and made us teach to improve our teaching skills when we face the outside world. We did some amazing classes and this gave us a lot of confidence.

Apart from this the rooms that they give are clean, water is always available to drink and in the washrooms. The ashram kitchen team is absolutely great and I would like to thank them for taking care of us like children and cooking amazing meals for us and ensuring that we get our nutrition on time always.

Special thanks to Yashpal Ji for giving me this opportunity to learn from the best teachers in Rishikesh and being so attentive to the needs of students always. I personally never felt that I was away from my family. And I never wanted to leave the ashram.

On this note I would love to recommend Vinyasa Yoga Ashram to everyone who wants to embark on their Yoga journey in Rishikesh. You will not find a better place to start it.

I personally cannot wait to come back for the 300 hr teacher training course.

I have done my 500 hour TTC from vinyasa yoga ashram.if I talk about my experience words would not be able to express it..it was one of best decision I have ever made..i feel so blessed that i have chosen this place..it was an amazing journey where I have learnt so many things.classes were so informative. I never knew that there are some other subjects also which we need to learn and how important they are if you are looking for a career in this yoga line.. Teachers are so amazing.. They are so damn knowledgeable and so humble. They are always ready to clear all the doubts. I feel so lucky that I got this chance to learn from each one of you. (If you are reading this-bhavesh sir, pradip sir, ram sir, praveen ma'am,yashpal sir, manish sir, rajesh sir, ashish sir, rohit sir ) thank you so much for helping me to learn and grow ). My Special mention would be for kitchen staff. How good they are!!..i have never felt that i m away from my family. Thank you for taking such good care of me.. I will miss all the days I have spent here.. I wish I could stay here forever. I came here as a student and I left from here as a part of the vinyasa family. I met so many different people here and tried to observe something good. This experience is life changing in a way. I spent August 2019 in the Vinyasa Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, doing 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
It was an unforgettable experience and brought my yoga practice onto a whole different level.
The school, located high up in the Himalayan mountains, is quiet and peaceful and is two steps away from Ganges river (don’t forget to take your swimsuit!). Also, it’s only a thirty minute drive from Rishikesh where you can enjoy shopping and sightseeing on your days off.
The teachers are young and bright, yet knowledgeable and experienced. Vinyasa flow teacher Ashish created unique yoga flows every day that strengthened your body and kept your mind engaged. He spoke a lot about mind-body connection and believing in yourself and inspired me to try all the challenging postures I’ve never done before. He professionally addressed all our questions and gave tons of advice on posture alignments. Ashtanga teacher Vivek taught us the sequence of postures as well as their Sanskrit names effortlessly and with a good sense of humor. Through his performance, he wowed us throughout all his classes and helped us master the ashtanga sequence.
Other classes, such as anatomy, philosophy, and meditation, were very useful and furthered my knowledge of yoga.
The food was tasty, somewhat repetitive, but it was very detoxifying and made your skin glow.
Also, I would like to mention my classmates: they were people from all over the world, which made for an extraordinary mix of cultures, languages, stories, emotions, and lots of laughter.
If there are happy places in the world, the Vinyasa Yoga Ashram is definitely one of them.
