Website easy to use
Website easy to use, and winebank facility makes it easy to budget. Delivery was quick and efficient after order. Still working through wines which all see high quality, as normal.

Excellent wine
The wine I buy is very good. The money I put by each month with Virgin to go towards the next box of wine gets good interest. The wine always arrives quickly. The courier they use is very good giving an hour slot. They are a very good company to deal with.

Horrific and none existent Customer Service
Horrific and none existent care or customer service. This company have taken my money, not provided any wine and refuse to refund my money telling me I need to speak to my bank and obtain a refund via them. My bank are at a loss and have said Virgin Wines MUST refund my money. I am STILL waiting for my refund over 2 months later.

Great service
Great service. Great wines and delivery next day. Supplying tasting notes is also a welcome addition to the experience. Free bottles of excellent wine with orders is also an incentive to buy.

Nice wines but not really good value …
Nice wines but not really better value than buying good wines at a supermarket. I have a wine account with virgin, and even with all the perks and offers it’s still around £10 a bottle. Also the wines although taste nice are considerably weaker in strength. So I suppose good if you like weaker stength wines. They could do more to keep customers onboard.
