I’ve been a customer for many years and can honestly say I’m more than satisfied with the quality of product and service Virgin Wine has given me. Wine is delicious and nothing is too much trouble for them to handle my requirements. I consider their offerings are value for money and I can’t see any reason to source my wine from elsewhere. The GOAT of wine delivery
The GOAT of wine delivery. I have been with them for many years and thankfully, a couple of my favourite bottles have remained available. I have quite literally ordered hundreds of bottles, rarely have I had a dud. When I have, they refunded without hesitation.
I used to have the most lovely wine advisor Matthew who would phone me up occasionally, unintrusively and seemed to actually care. He unfortunately left and the replacement seems to like calling me at work, despite me asking him not to. Having said that, ordering online and missing out on extra discount is fine with me.
The beneficio red wine is sublime, as are many others. I highly recommend this company for well priced, delicious wine and always delivered on time.

Excellent wines at reasonable price, Virgin Wine always deliver quickly. The team when I call are always extremely friendly and on the odd occasion when I have had an issue it has been resolved immediately to my satisfaction.
Often receive additional offers by email which makes wine bank a fantastic offering.

Well, the original deal was great (and so were the wines), but I see better deals with Wowcher and that is annoying. You do offer fantastic interest for my Winebank but again when I ordered I was paying full whack. I do however like the company and the wines are great. Stuff that I wouldn't buy in my supermarket because they would be too expensive for me normally. You sent me great wines for a good price but if I can buy a good Cotes Du Rhone in Morrisons for 5.95 (13.5%) why would I go anywhere else. You did ask for honesty!
