Own special Sommelier
I decided, a while ago, to join the Virgin wine club and it’s amazing. I have my own Sommelier who rings or emails me to discuss recent offers. He looks for the type of wine I prefer and lets me know best offers. If the wine selected is not to my taste then refund is available. Great advice and knowledge is shared so not just a shopping experience.

Virgin wines. First class in every way
Virgin wines works for me and I’ve been a member for c20 years. For every £20 I put in, they add £4. Plus, I get a lot of vouchers and offers too. I have a wine adviser allocated to me who will also work to get me even better offers . Great wines, bring back the wine advisors
When i first joined virgin wines I was blown away with full on brilliant personal customer services.
I had my own wine advisor Matthew he would call me periodically and put some bespoke crates together and fab deals. Matthew got promoted to running his entire team and I no longer have the individual wine advisor. However prices are good, deliveries timely and good quality wines so a very solid 4 [4.5] out of 5
