Very poor communication
Over 3 weeks since my no fault accident, and still awaiting any update. Despite daily emails, no-one provides this information, apparently still waiting for the damage to my car to be assessed, despite being an obvious write-off! Would never choose to use this company again!

Vision vehicles made a very stressful time after my car accident very smooth! I had my accident and a new car was delivered the following morning. Everything was so easy and straight forward to sort and I had a like for like car given, which is fantastic and I have an SUV. The customer service has been 5/5. Thank you again

Just wonderful!
The lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely beyond fantastic.The photos I had sent about the accident couldn’t be opened , but the lady I spoke to calmly guided me through the steps I needed to follow to send the photos, and complete the other things I needed to do to be able to receive the hire vehicle.She was patient, kind, calm and helpful at a time where I was very stressed and panicking and not thinking straight.I think this lady deserves a pay rise!Im so grateful for her help and advice.She made a stressful time more bearable.Thank you so much!

Unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with
My experience of dealing with this company has been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Whilst dealing with aftermath of an accident, adding the rude and unhelpful staff from Vision Vehicles was not needed. Will avoid any dealings with this company in the future thats for sure.

Great experience
From the outset, the process was although fairly complicated, explained in such a way as to make it feel simple. Special mention for Robert French the advisor who helped me through everything. After the accident I was still a bit shook up but Robert was very calm, patient with me and directed me on how to do things.
I would also like to mention the efficiency in sorting a hire car, which arrived when I was told it would( the same day as organised) and delivered by two very helpful and friendly delivery drivers.
Outstanding service at a really point for me. Thank you
