The entire process was quick and effortless. Leah provided a thorough explanation of the requirements, followed by a helpful follow-up email. I returned the documents but forgot to sign the car hire document, which was contained in another email. This resulted in another team member calling to confirm that I had received the email and understood the next steps. Even the delivery driver who brought the rental car was fantastic.

After a stressful crash - Visions emails and contact and speed of picking up our car and delivering the courtesy car happened within 24hrs of our accident.

Excellent service from the first contact to my car being picked up. The only thing I would change is being dealt with with 1 person rather than a pool of staff.

Dealt with Vision following non fault crash (after being referred by my insurers Co-op) Had to go through all details again & give authority to speak to my daughter (despite already doing that) Despite that I found them very helpful, right up to getting a hire vehicle.
I found the process of providing documents for the hire quite onerous. I'm 82 years old & no good doing things online. Without the support of my daughter there is no way I could have provided the required information.
