Friendly and knowledgeable member of staff
My visit to the Vodafone branch in Grand Arcade in Cambridge was brilliant. I've been searching for a phone contract to suit my needs and budget for a while. Upon my arrival in the branch I was acknowledged by a friendly member of staff Inayath who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the team in my opinion.

Denisa was super helpful
Denisa was super helpful. I'd been in about a month before with my phone issue after being let down by EE and she just gave really great advice. Finally found the time to sort my phone out and get it fixed and she just so happened to be in the store working. She remembered me immediately asked how I was and how the phone was. Once I explained she was straight on it and getting everything sorted for me. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier person and better service.
