My wife and I visited the Vodafone in Cirencester a week or two ago with faulty signal problem on her phone. We were looked after by a gentleman called Kieran who was very knowledgeable and professional. He informed us it could be a number of issues, it turned out to be a fault within the phone. He made the whole process so easy. Would definitely recommend the Cirencester store, Kieran and his team.

Excellent service
Tom and Ben provided excellent service when I had a problem switching over phones and I would happily recommend them and the store. My needs were met by taking out an inexpensive talkmobile contract which covers both the UK and Europe. Thank you to both of you.

Would definitely consider going there again
Went to Cirencester’s Vodafone to upgrade my iPhone finally, haven’t upgraded my phone is store for a long while so was great to have such great service from the person who served me Kieran, helped me understand every step of the process of moving to Vodafone as well as going through how to set up the new iPhone which was extremely helpful & put my mind as ease. Would definitely consider going there again.
