I just had about my best customer…
I just had about my best customer service experience ever. I'd lost my phone, Vodafone central promised a sim card which never arrived, so much distress after a week without a connection to the world. Kieran sorted me out 100% - he's a real expert. The whole team is very helpful - I couldn't recommend it more

Jess and Alex were very friendly and helpful in the Cirencester Vodaphone shop yesterday. The automatic new mobile contract didn’t suit our circumstances and they quickly found a way to give us a much better adapted contract at the same price for 24m. We think they deserve FIVE STARS !!!!!

Renewing my phone made easy!
I was a bit wary about getting a new phone as I am not very tech. savvy but Tom was brilliant and put my mind at ease straight away. He explained everything clearly and ‘simply’ and made me very comfortable and at ease. I was very impressed with his service and he will be pleased to know that I got my new phone up and running straight away and with very little trouble. I have already recommended his services to a few friends if they ever choose to upgrade their phones in the future and once again I would like to thank Tom for all his kind assistance.
