I went into the store with a query and came out with a new phone (not yet received). Ryan was lovely and very helpful and I had been thinking of upgrading perhaps after my holiday. However, he came up with a good deal and I decided to accept. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and I can't wait to start using it from next Monday.

When signed a new contract was misinformed about whether my previous plan ended and eventually had to pay early cancellation fee.
I was then given the PIN code which never worked since and which I was supposed to create not the store operative which happened to be the case.
When I cancelled the new plan I was told that on my last bill I would get a refund. I called with time telling that I didn’t receive any money. I was then told that actually it’s me who had to pay and unless I paid now I would get into a credit score and then paid the amount back with interest. The most preposterous thing about this was not only that I was misinformed third time but that I was not at any point informed about the outstanding bill which I only found out by chance and was able to pay. Otherwise the amount would be increasing with time due to the interest no one ever told me about.

Mcauley at Durham Vodafone was super helpful with my contract today. One of the most genuine people I’ve met. I overheard him speaking to another customer whilst I was having a look around and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He does everything he can to make sure the customer goes home happy. It was a pleasure to visit the store today

I called in to the Durham branch to find out if I could upgrade my phone. Macauley was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He not only had my phone to sort but my sisters as well. We both arrived in force but he took it in his stride. Honestly, we tested him without realising as we gave him the wrong information about our phones on numerous occasions but it didn’t phase him. He was so relatable and personable. We walked away knowing we had the best deal for the service we wanted. Vodafone need a Macauley in every store. Sally stepped in too and was really helpful with our discounts. She too was really professional and made the entire experience a pleasure rather than a chore.
I won’t hesitate to seek out help if needed following today’s visit.

I have two lines of Vodafone, an esim for my wife and a sim card my cell phone, approximately 4 or 5 weeks ago we have communication problems, slow internet and the worst not being able to call or receive calls, the same with text messages, I went to the Vodafone office in Durham city and they asked me to wait 4 days for a technical problem that they were solving, another 10 days have passed I came back and the person who attended me told me that he also has the same problem and can not do Nothing to solve the problem, tells me to claim through the Vodafone website something that I cannot do if my connection is unstable, and chat with a robot does not help at all.
