Twin Visit
I called in to the Durham branch to find out if I could upgrade my phone. Macauley was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He not only had my phone to sort but my sisters as well. We both arrived in force but he took it in his stride. Honestly, we tested him without realising as we gave him the wrong information about our phones on numerous occasions but it didn’t phase him. He was so relatable and personable. We walked away knowing we had the best deal for the service we wanted. Vodafone need a Macauley in every store. Sally stepped in too and was really helpful with our discounts. She too was really professional and made the entire experience a pleasure rather than a chore.
I won’t hesitate to seek out help if needed following today’s visit.

Visited the store to check on my current phone contract.Received an amazing service from Sally and MacCauley, who reviewed my twin sister and my existing contracts.We both left with new revised contracts that has improved the performance and saved us both money.We felt very well informed about all the available services.We didn’t feel rushed to make our decisions and both members of staff were incredibly friendly.We both had a very positive experience.Thank you so much.

I have two lines of Vodafone
I have two lines of Vodafone, an esim for my wife and a sim card my cell phone, approximately 4 or 5 weeks ago we have communication problems, slow internet and the worst not being able to call or receive calls, the same with text messages, I went to the Vodafone office in Durham city and they asked me to wait 4 days for a technical problem that they were solving, another 10 days have passed I came back and the person who attended me told me that he also has the same problem and can not do Nothing to solve the problem, tells me to claim through the Vodafone website something that I cannot do if my connection is unstable, and chat with a robot does not help at all.

I visit Vodafone Durham regularly and the girls there never fail to help me, whether its a small issue or a massive thing, they always try and get it sorted there and then. When they can’t, they keep me updated and eventually the issue gets resolved! Amazing service each and every time!
