George obviously knew his product and policies for Vodafone extremely well. The shop was busy and he was able to multitask and support his staff as well as dealing with us. He was very helpful, kind and respectful.

The stress of choosing and going…
The stress of choosing and going through the process of selecting a new phone and contract was a breeze with the help and guidance of Tracy @ Gyle. She was so helpful and her advice was clear and simple. As a dog lovers, we admired each others dogs, as well as discussing the main subject of phones! Great customer experience all round was…
Great customer experience all round was an easy straight forward appointment. Callum dealt with me the entire process and worked well problem solving some issues I had with an eSIM . Skye with explaining the plans the day before, George the assistant manager help out the process with some guidance one my expectation on converting into a LTD account later as I have a brand new start up. And lastly Hayley thank you for helping with the final bits of eSIM tech I needed. Over all amazing team a credit to Vodafone and will be back.
