Good visit

Visited the Vodafone Guildford store and spoke to Steve who managed to sort everything out for me.

New phone, new plan and even got all my photos to appear on my new phone. It was quite funny looking at them and realising how many were there. Even my special photos were there.

Guildford shop

Went into the Guildford store today with a frozen screen. I tried all the usual methods to reboot without success. The lovely person fixed it in 5 mins and no charge! The only problem was he wouldn't/couldn't tell me how he did it! I'm sorry I didn't get your name but possibly British Chinese heritage..you are a star.Thank you for sorting!
