Staff were very helpful with helping me check my contracts, the shop was clean and staff were really friendly and professional I was served by Conor who made sure I understood everything

Steve helped me in store today, not only did he awnser all my quireies but he also saved me a massive amount of money. His work ethics was amazing and it made the whole experience very enjoyable. Very happy with my new purchase

I went in to the vodofone store in Hastings
I went in to the vodofone store in Hastings today to get my upgrade sorted - 09/05 and was served by Katie. I was very pleased with the service that she provided. Katie made things quick, simple and answered any queries I had and with a smile. Katie also went above and beyond to get my monthly bill down as much as possible.
Amongst dealing with me she was also inbetween training other collegues, so doing 5 things at once but still managed to deal with me professionally.
On top of this we were given a discount card to go to another store so I could get my screen protector sorted.
Very happy with the service 🙂
