Very Good

I have used many VoIP providers in the past. I find Voipline by far the best. Chat support is almost always available. The staff set up the pbx settings but Its worth learning it (at least learn how to divert calls to a mobile in the event of an internet outage) I have been using Voipline for almost a year now and I haven't experienced any downtime either.

Look for other solutions

Well this is certainly a great system to fail constantly.
When it dosnt work dont look for a outcome from tech support,the so called techs will tell you its probably better if you look for another product. The team here certainly dont care about service and the issues that constantly happen. I spend in excess of $500 per mth and there is no support. The so called 100% up time is definately not the case. The owners of this product certainly must be making to much money to care to raise the issues.
Look elsewhere dont go down this path

Just had a first and probably last…

Just had a first and probably last experience... Chatted with Sales online... they suggested that I create a Trial to see if the services they offer would work for our hospitality company. Create a Trial Account and they want to verify who you are... not a problem EXCEPT the first stage which is an SMS to the number you registered with only I never received the SMS so it fails... after a couple of tries it then brought me to stage 2... which required, on what I would consider an insecure website, pictures of me with my drivers license or other government id, picture of me with their website in the background and pictures of copies of recent utility bills. Never have I had to provide this information for services I have used...and certainly not for a trial account. Learned they are an AUS company which may be part of it... at any rate I would not complete the setup to even test if their service would work for us... If you dont have a problem giving all of that information to someone you have no clue who they even are... on an unsecure web form... go for it... Not for me and our company.

The SMS and identity verification steps are part of our standard fraud prevention checks. This is not intended to create unnecessary friction, but to help protect both our platform and users during account creation.

Reliable, easy to configure, and good value

Was uncertain based on the few total reviews they have but very surprised with how solid the platform is.
Not an expert in PBX but the UI was easy to work with and has had very few issues over the four years we have been using it.
Strongly recommend as an alternative to 3CX and others. Great value for money.

Rock-solid service for years

Rock-solid service for years, and now their new webphone software (desktop & mobile) is the cream on the cake to make it easy to use for multiple numbers. Their online "PBX" is fabulous, allows me to shape my availability perfectly. Economical, reliable, highly recommended.

Top tier Highly recomend them! easy to work with

fantastic support made the entire process from setting up a virtual pbx to ordering hardware and even porting number just a few clicks and its done and there support is amazing!
