I ordered a 200 dollar watch for my daughter and the day it came it...it felt like it was made of plastic so i put in request to return. I was offered a 10 percent discount and i could keep watch. The problem is...its so crappy she would wear it once and it would fall apart. I requested refund and they said they have 30 percent restock fee plus id have to ship back to china. basically i was screwed. gabby with customer service said she was sorry but the website states the return policy and if i wanted to return it and it was actually approved i would have to pay basically the cost of the watch to send it back. in other words take the 20 buck refund because you wont get more than that back with the restock fee and the shipping cost. do not order from them.

Attention site peu fiable, je pense avoir été arnaquée. J'ai acheté un bijou soit disant en stock, somme prélevé. Puis un mail m'indiquant qu'il n'est pas en stock et me demandant de choisir un autre produit. Devant ma demande de remboursement, on me dit que le bijou est finalement en stock. J'attends l'envoi mais aucun envoi depuis 15 jours (colis toujours "en préparation"). Pas de numéro où les joindre, j'aurais dû me méfier. Les produits sont indiqués en stock uniquement pour appâter le client. Je ne compte pas en rester là.

I am trying to make a return of a Jersey with cap that I bought online at vvsjewelry but there is no way to get my money back and I can make a return to an address in Germany.
When I bought the goods I didn't realise that the goods came from so far away.
I have been sent a jumper of very poor quality with a pattern printed on it that will not last two washes. I understand that the price I paid is very expensive for the quality of the product. Also a size L for an adult product which is a tiny size.
Now I am offered an address to return a parcel to China, which I don't know if it will arrive and the shipping costs to China are much more than the jumper is worth.
I would like to make a refund of what I paid for the goods and I am willing to accept the return costs to an address in Germany.

SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT
Virtually from the time I ordered a handbag from VVS Jewellery there were problems. Starting with not having the leather colour, then having another colour, then not, then it would be too expensive. Then choosing another colour, then a hold up in the process and on and on. Still don't have Anything. Don't feel I will ever get Anything. 2 months and counting, but no expectations. I did ask for a refund but very reluctant to do that and I haven't got one. Criminal set up. Total SCAM.

J' ai acheté une montre, très bien mise en valeur, au prix de 125 $. Quelques jours après je tombe sur les avis laissés par beaucoup de clients floués.
Je vais sur wish et je cherche mais pas longtemps! D'un seul coup, je vois la montre, exactement la même pour 22$ !!! Et je trouve une autre ( la même encore ) au prix de 9,75 $ !!!

Lorsque je vais recevoir la montre elle sera renvoyée directe en espérant un remboursement...😡😡😡
J' ai reçu la montre. C' est vraiment n'importe quoi! Le bracelet est couvert de rayures, la montre fait un bruit de "féraille" quand on la manipule. Ce "machin" ne vaut pas plus de 15$ (et encore).
Je leur ait écrit pour un remboursement. J' attends une réponse.

I placed an order on March 5th with VVS jewelry and I had to contact them two weeks later to asked vvsjewerly what is going on with items I ordered! I contacted the carrier who had it and I never got a response so I contacted VVS jewelry again and then you UPS got it after they got it about a week later my item was delivered! I contacted VVS jewelry letting them know that I broke out from their jewelry and my skin was peeling and they stated in the email did I take pictures and I replied no but would you like me to put it back on and break out so I can get my money back and I get no response? I asked for their address so I can mail it back to them I got no response! I asked to speak with a manager and I got no response

Buyer beware!!!!! This is a scam! These people have taken money out of my acctount 4 times over the pase 9 months!!! They NEVER delivered a product and when i said i would open a dispute for the moneys they stole they threatened me!!!!!
Please watch your acct very carefully and make sure all disputes are reported with the 100 day window. They keep dray you along with promises of delivery to pass the 100 day window to recover your money.
