We rented under try before you buy scheme. No one at the Colindale even knew what that meant. Also resulted in us getting a rather dated model. I had explicitly written and called to say I was considering buying the all new California Ocean and hence wanted to try it out. Also, the water pump was broken. So we had not water in the van all week.

Great experience as always.

We rented for 3 months and got to work with Serghie through out.

All was very good just I was expecting a new van a 24 or 25 plate ,because that 72 plate was filling tired
But it get me where I was expecting to go and bring me back so no complaints

Serghei was very helpful - excellent customer service. The Multivan was perfect, with lots of space, and in perfect condition. All the paperwork was provided and pack for driving abroad.

I rent vehicles here regularly, it is a pleasure to go to the Colindale branch - the staff are courteous and I am always very well looked after.

Used a couple of times now for a medium size van for work proposes - always easy to book, nice clean vehicles and seamless pick up / return.

Had a very positive experience! I rented a 7-seater and received exactly what I booked online. The vehicle was fairly new, with only around 4,000 miles on it, and it was spacious and comfortable inside.

Special thanks to Serge, who was caring and professional. He explained everything clearly and in detail, with a great attitude throughout.

Hi, my name is Mazen Saber and I have been renting a car every single day with VW since July 2024. The man in charge of my hire is called Sergie and he is ultimately the only reason why I decided to keep renting every single day for nearly a year now even though there are many cheaper companies to rent from. The customer service he provides and smooth communication is absolutely impeccable, if it was not for him I would have certainly gone somewhere else to try find something cheaper but he is reason why I have no problems paying a little more money to ensure the smooth transition of any services and help that I require. This man deserves serious recognition and some sort of reward for his unprecedented role at VW he is a perfect representative for the company!!!
