I am ready like to rental your car, but I want know when Saturday why only can reurn before 12:30?

I’ve used rent a car Atleast 5 times over the last year due to car troubles or needing extra seats for family trips. Steve & Sarah have always been absolutely amazing, always help out with anything I needed, helped me pick the right car for what I needed/when I needed it, always let me know the terms & if I could extend if needed, super informative & of course made us feel so comfortable, like we were part of the family. Sarah even dropped me a text message to make sure everything was okay and asking if I needed to extend when my car was in the garage. Couldn’t praise them both enough. Not to mention the amazing selection of cars they have to offer, all brand new, amazingly clean and maintained, we’ve never had an issue with any of the cars we’ve had from VW Durham & we’d always use their services first when we need to hire a car.

Have been trying to arrange to see a specific car and colour that this branch of VW apparently has. No call back that was promised. Eventually spoke to a very rude young sounding man who aggressively challenged my reasoning for the enquiry.So glad I’m not getting my car from this branch of VW.

Fantastic experience all round! I believe the gentleman was Steve who called not long after booking (which was only the day before I needed it) who advised there was an issue with vehicle I booked but another would be arranged. Fast & efficient when picking up vehicle & the same with drop off with refund issued quickly for the deposit. Would definitely recommend

Easy to book, website works well, good payment options, nothing hidden or in tiny print, great prices, golf that I had was almost new and faultless. My experience of using VWFS Rent-a-Car was entirely positive. I used the Durham branch and was delighted that the customer service - which receives so much praise on Trustpilot - was as good as people claim. The vehicle I rented was well-priced, clean and in excellent condition (I was the second person to rent that particular vehicle). I would not hesitate to use VWFS again.

Great service, very easy to book and staff were helpful and pleasant. Van was available for collection as agreed with sufficient diesel in the tank ready for use, all I had to do was replace the diesel I had used on the day of return.
Would definitely use again and recommend.
