Booked last minute, just the night before. Really happy got the car i wanted, best service, i've booked from here before and have always received a good service. Very quick turnaround overall.
Good range of cars also.

The importance of the personal touch
The whole process was very straightforward from my first call to VW. Its so important to have that personal touch and I was dealt with by Dominic, who was friendly, professional and efficient throughout. The systems they have, re deposits, payment etc., are very simple and efficient, allowing for time saving during future visits. Dominic was also able to give me a free upgrade to a Golf, which was a pleasure to drive.
