VWFS Rent-a-Car - West London Reviews

I have used many rental companies over the years and have to say what a pleasure!!! Michael Boardman is an absolute star. I would highly recommend using VW and would not hesitate using them again. One criticism......VW, you did pop up instantly in my search for a rental vehicle

Incredibly easy and a lot more affordable compared to the other big rental companies without any unnecessary upselling. The car was in perfect condition and staff were super friendly. Will definitely be renting from VWFS again!

Hired a VW California which was immaculate, the customer service from the team was genuinely first class, first time I’d used Citygate, so a genuine customer review.

Brilliant!

I am a multi repeat customer so when I collected my car and was told there was no damage and didn’t have to inspect it, I agreed.
However on return I’ve just been told there is damage which will cost £300 inc VAT. This is completely unacceptable.

Sales rep was top. One of the best nicest sales reps ever. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended

Exemplary Customer Service despite the fact that due to family health problems, I had to extend an already overdue rental AND returned a further day later.

Great service as always. Excellent vehicles at competitive prices. Easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

VWFS Rent a Car is our preferred car rental service. It’s at a convenient location close to the high way, the staff are always friendly and professional, the price is hard to beat and you get the exact car that you booked.

Dave and the team once again made car-hire a pleasure and super easy. From the no-stress pick up to the clean and modern cars, this is how car rental should be. 5* as always!

Always a pleasure to visit here. A chat to put things right in the world and then zoom off in a new and spotless vehicle.

Overall a great hassle-free experience. Rates are great, car hired was great and customer service was superb! I recommend this place to anyone looking to hire a car.

Really good experience, Dave was very helpful in arranging the hire and the vehicle was fantastic. Would recommend.

Great rate, easy and fast check-in, friendly customer service and a good, reliable and clean vehicle. Flexibility on timing of return of vehicle was really appreciated.

Great service - much better than your standard car rental from the big brands. I was even able to borrow a USB cable that I'd forgotten to bring along (although the car did have wireless charging so I didn't need it in the end)!

Really friendly useful and easily the best way to hire a car (or van as I did) - great experience!

Awesome experience! The car was perfect and the service was great. Big thanks to Michael, Dave and Adrian for making the handover and return super easy. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this car rental company.
Their service was smooth, efficient, and truly customer-focused.

A special thank you to David and Michael , who went above and beyond during the entire process.
They were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional — from explaining the rental details clearly to helping us choose the right vehicle for our needs.

The pick-up and drop-off were both quick and hassle-free, and the car was in perfect condition.

The car was great and the process was very simple

The car and rental experience was great. Very smooth ride and kept in impeccable condition. I received great customer service from Mike who was incredibly helpful and conversational. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. I will certainly be back.
