Dont order here it takes forever and is never as advertised.

I ordered from them over a month and a half ago and I got express shipping and it's still not here. Also anytime I try to track my order it says they can't find it and it's not in the system. And the website forgot my email and won't let me sign in.

Been over a month and still hasn’t shipped. was hoping to get these as s birthday gift. Does anyone know how to cancel an order???

Do not purchase from WallArt. Shipping took a full month and the product was badly damaged. WallArt would not provide a refund.

I purchased a poster from them. They never disclosed they were from China. It took 31 days to deliver to my US address. When it came the box was horribly mangled and the poster destroyed and unusable. after repeated emails to request a refund or replacement, they offered me $8 back (which as of this review has still not come). They would not pay for a refund, return or replacement. They are thieves without honor and deserve to be out of business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Poster arrived in a flimsy box (not a sturdy poster tube). Not to my surprise, when I opened it, the poster had cracks and creases all over it. It also doesn’t help that they wrap it around a somewhat circular hard styrofoam type piece, thus encouraging the bends and cracks. Not the end of the world, I thought. I reached out to them about a refund or return label. They asked for a picture, which I sent. Their response was “ There is no problem with a little wrinkle, which occurs during transportation by the logistics company.” Clearly, we’re not off to a good start. They offered a refund of $5, when the cost of the item is $19.97. When I told them this, I was met with “Yes, we respect your ideas,
If you do not accept our compensation plan, you return the goods. We do not provide Round-trip shipping freight. Are you sure you need to return the goods? Or we can consider it again and look forward to your reply.” I wrote them once more to inquire where $5 came from (shipping was $9.97) and didn’t get that addressed in their reply. Instead, I got “ Sorry, we are sorry to have troubled you, this is the damage caused by transportation.” The communication went nowhere and it felt like it was my fault for not accepting a damaged item. I never received a refund and am stuck with a cracked and creased poster that will be going in the trash.

I buy posters from all over the world and never once had I received one not in a tube.

I ordered 4 posters for my daughter. They took about a month and 1/2 to arrive which is to be expected. When they arrived, however, they were sent in a box, not a poster tube. The box was pretty damaged on the outside. The largest poster ($30) was dented in multiple places which looked horrible when unrolled. Only one came is perfect condition, the smallest. All in all 3 can be salvaged but the largest and most expensive is useless. The company is responsive but will not refund for the poster or resend a new one. They offered $5 at first, then $10. When I asked for the 3rd time to just refund for just that poster, or send a new one as I did not receive the item I purchased intact, I was told they don’t pay for damages so I can send it all back on my dime but the most they will refund otherwise is $10. You are taking a huge risk buying from this company as it’s coming all the way from China, not in a poster tube, and they won’t accept responsibility if it’s damaged. Buyer beware!

My son ordered a tapestry back in April and it wasn't cheap. It took 3mths to arrive and they sent the wrong one. I took pics of it and the mailing label and barcode and they admitted they sent the wrong one and agreed to refund my money and said to keep it. LIES, LIES, LIES! We email back and forth every single day and it's a waste of time. 1st they offered me $10 refund, now we are up to $20 and I have a feeling I'll never get any of my money. I even said I was posting on social media how bad their customer service is but they don't seem to care. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Much like everyone else I had a horrible experience. I ordered posters in early January for my dorm room. I emailed them months later and it said they were still processing. It is now July and I have already moved home from college with no word back on my posters. Even if they were to arrive 5 months later I would not be there to receive them nor would anyone else because it would go to a closed dorm. Very disappointed, I left specific spots for these posters on my wall and I went the whole semester with empty spots on my poster wall as well as the money stolen from a broke college student.

We have sent several email requesting refund, the so called company states they have already sent order and to track order which leads me nowhere. So disappointed with this company and customer service. Please read reviews on any company before ordering and wasting your time and money.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Order has taken over 3 months and still has not arrived!!! Now company just ignores my requests for a refund.

I wish it were possible to select negative stars. This company is by far the worst. It's been over a month and I still have no real information on my order. Recieved a message to check July 10th! I placed my order May 8th. Save your money shop elsewhere!

China rip off. Will be filing a claim with Paypal. Ordered a tapestry in April, Took a month to "ship", still haven't seen it. Have emailed several times and all I get is some stock reply in half English and half Chinese. So irritating!!

I ordered a poster 3 months ago and has yet to come. There is no contact information besides email. Every time you send something to them they give you a new tracking number which is no where to be found. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will take your hard earned money. I am calling the bank today and saying it was fraud, thats the only way I can think of getting my money back.

These dudes are copyright infringement con artists. My son, who didn't know better, waited 2 and a half months for his posters which were blurry photos copies and were cut off. Instead of saying 'Travis Scott' is said 'vis Sco' . Pitiful. The artists get no royalties from them. This place is in China and they are blood suckers. They deserve ZERO stars. Buyer beware.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever ordered from. Ordered 2 posters for my son in March and still haven't received them. I emailed them three times for an update, and every time they just send me a link to track my package. There's been no tracking update since 4/20/2020.

it’s been almost 2 months and my 7 posters i ordered have still not come in .. pretty sure we got scammed. i don’t recommend buying from this website.
