I ordered 2 tapesrtries for my brother for his birthday. I've had to stall and stall till they get here. I ordered them april 26 and i just got an email to rate the tapestrys. I am so f***ing done. This website is a f***ing trainwreck.

It’s been well over a month waiting for a tracking ID that actually works. Ordered a tapestry for a decent amount so I expect it to be good quality. After finding this site and seeing the reviews I’m afraid I’ve really lost out on a chunk of money for some cheap fabric. Still haven’t received the item yet. Or an update email from customer service. Don’t buy from this site.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 40 days and I have not received my order they just tell me its is on the way. Wish I had seen this site before ordering

I haven’t got my posters yet, i ordered on may 12th any guesses when i might get it or if i’m even gonna get it at all?

Do not buy a tapestry!!! Sewing is terrible. Stitching is crooked and all over the place. Thread is hanging everywhere. Took well over a month to receive and customer service is horrible and don’t understand English!! Will NEVER buy from again ever!!

Do NOT order from this website. It took over a month for my canvas to arrive. I wasn’t even able to track where it was. When it finally arrived, it felt cheap and definitely not worth $50. Terrible.

Don’t order from this website. It’s been almost 2 months since I ordered a jack boys flag to hang up on my wall and I haven’t received a legit tracking number. The tracking number gave to me Through a company called “whistle” or something like seems like a scam, and their response to my emails is to just be patient and ignore me when I try to ask for a refund.

I’m am extremely surprised that people haven’t been receiving their orders. I placed an order about a month ago for 2 post Malone posters, and I got them perfectly fine. They looked great as well. However, shipping did take a very long time, about a month or so. Other than that, I had a tracking number and everything.

If I could leave a negative star I would if you see this message just empty you cart now an order it somewhere else. It has been over a month I still have not received a reliable tracking number and I emailed them multiple times and have not received a response. Tracking number is on a weird website

I’m placed an order in the beginning of February and I have still not received it. It’s been 3 months now with no updates since March 8th. I email the company and they do nothing but say please be patient it’s still on the way but I’m guaranteed it’s lost and asked for a refund countless times but they ignore everything I say and continue to give me the same response. My friend ordered 2 tapestries after me and got both orders before me. I told customer service this as proof that my order is lost but they completely brushed everything off of what I was saying. They didn’t even apologize once for this inconvenience. Do no order from this company they are very unprofessional. I should have read the reviews before ordering from here because now I can see I am not the only one with a horrible experience.

Total Scam... tried to order some posters and tapestries in January. After emailing the company several times they still have done nothing except email me back and tell me it’s fine to just wait.

The people who put 5 stars are all part of the scam. I ordered a poster on March 3rd. March 6th, they sent a text saying that my stuff shipped. A month passed, emailed them and they effing forgot to send my stuff. They "sent it" and sent me a tracking number. The last update on the tracking site was April 10th and nothing. It hasn't even left China-highly doubt the seller was planning to mail it to me. Everything there is a scam. Don't do it. I already spoke to my credit card company and we are disputing the charges since we were clearly scammed. Avoid that website like the plague.

I ordered 4 posters, 2 large and 2 small. I didn’t expect super high quality, but it was decent (just not on all of them). One of the large posters, as well as one of the smalls, were great and I’m happy with them. The others, are much lower quality. They look more pixelated than the other 2. In conclusion, some things from this site are better than others.

Honestly reading the reviews on here I thought this was a scam was lowkey mad at first because I didn’t know that to think. But then I contacted them because the ordered was taking a while so they said it was on its way and all that, 3 weeks later I got my sick lil skies poster, it’s sweet. The only thing I can complain is how long it took besides that, my tapestry is awesome!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Not even sure it is a company. I placed an order months ago and item never showed up. When emailing with company, I get the run around. They took my money and I still have not received my item. I'm so confused, must be a scam?

I had 2 posters come damaged. I contacted them via email kindly asking for a refund after stating my problem and sending picture evidence. I was then told that I would ONLY get a $10 refund when I paid $20 total for both posters. I asked for my FULL $20 refund and they declined. This site might have nice posters but it is not worth the purchase when perfect condition OR a refund of the product is not guaranteed!! This will be my first and last time ordering from WallArteshop, sorry not sorry.

It took over two months to actually ship the tapestry I ordered. They tried to ask for 30 more days to process the order and I replied I would ask for a refund if they did not ship in the next week. They shipped my order within 24 hours of that email. The next month I finally receive my product. Damaged. Opened. And very disappointing quality. I did not receive a tapestry. I received a bed sheet with a poor quality pixalated and damaged image on it. I emailed multiple times to ask how to leave a review on thier website, since I only ordered it from them since they had such high reviews. My only answer was I could leave a good review with them via email or they could not understand me. I will be happy to provide screenshots if asked. This is absolutely unacceptable. Fake tapestries. Fake reviews. Wallart eshop is fake. Do not order from them.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. It took them over a month to actual ship my item and that was after contacting them 3 times, the last time I asked that if it was not sent in 5 days to receive a full refund. I was the sent an email saying it was sent wasn’t sent, follow up email with them finally sent. Now it is has been 3 months and still no item. I have repeatedly asked for a refund as I have received only a fight back. At first they told me someone signed for it - no one ever signed for anything. They told me they had proof it was signed for. Then shocked never signed for but it took weeks battling over it never being signed for. I have asked for a refund for a purchase that I have never received for months and they went several weeks without even responding to me. They have no customer service at all. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM them. They NEVER EVER SEND it. They are a FRAUD of a company.

I read all the bad reviews about this webside AFTER I ordered my tapestry. I was really scared that I've got scammed. Today it arrived and I'm positiv and happy. I really love it

the customer service is terrible and my items still haven't been received its been over a month. the website says 10-25 days, that's a lie, just shop from another place, these aren't inexpensive posters or tapestries either so just be smart about where you shop.
