Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with Warranties 2000. With my previous claim, I had to go through an appeal before eventually getting a refund. Now my latest claim has been rejected, and I’m expected to go through the same process again.
I simply don’t have the time to keep fighting over claims. A warranty should give you peace of mind, not create more hassle and wasted time. Think twice before joining.

Thank you for your feedback. Your original claim was agreed based on the terms of the warranty. The appeal came after and that was appealing the part which had been used in the calculation which later was proven not to be the correct part. This was a genuine error by the advisor which was rectifed following the appeal you made which was the first time it was brought to management that the claim had an error in the workings out. Your most recent claim was declined based on the terms of your warranty, having not gained authorasation prior to repairs beng undertaken. However, as a long standing customer, we are more then happy to revist that claim but will require confirmed diagnostic information of which i will request for an advisor to contact you.

Contact back on a claim originally declined
I originally made a claim that was declined. Elisha went out of her way to contact me back and inform me that she wanted to look further into the claim. She arranged to get the part cheaper and send it to my local garage who agreed to do the work for us. Elisha was prompt at keeping me updated and made sure my claim was dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible. Could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Elisha!

Despicable warranty company
Everyone with a bad experience with not been paid out for a warranty claim or had one upheld please please take them to small claims court as they can not be getting away with this as we are paying for it at the end of the day and not getting our claims

Thank you for your feedback. Please note, there is a process to follow on each individual claim to determine wheather or not the claim is valid against the customer T&C's. We would not decline any claim that meets the criteria. However, if a claim does not meet the criteria then it would be rejected and valid reasons as to why would be confirmed. Customers may or may not agree but non qualifying claims are not bad experiances, or a reference to the company not paying out. We have been in business for over 40 years and that itsself would suggest that we pay claims. All be it, those that are valid. Rubbish company
Rubbish company. Don't trust them at all. They will make up any stupid reason to reject your claim. Company is a rip off. Staff members are rude, mannerless and unprofessional. AVOID AT ANY COST. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. CHEATERS.

Having reviewed your claim, i can see it was reported that one of your LED bulbs in one of your headlights was a little dimmer then the rest, however, the lights still worked as it should and would still pass an mot. Therfore a worn LED bulb would not meet criteria of a valid warranty claim.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note, timing belt failure causing engine damage is not something we would cover under warranty. The timing belt has a servicable life and if not serviced correctly or changed as advised by manufacturers, it will fail and will cause enigne damage, as you have experianced. That is not what the warramty is for and clearly advised within the terms and condtions.
