I have been a customer for many years and found the staff very helpful. Ethan today was very helpful and made sure I was aware of options and was very patient.

Helen was very explanatory into what the warranty involved. She was a pleasure to speak to.

Very very bad

We had taken extra car warranty out as my son is a new driver and thought we’d save him from large repair bills.
His water pump is broken. States a water pump failure is covered. Advised to use kwik fit as they work directly with them.
I’m no mechanic but kwikfit are saying the water pump on a polo is a whole unit. They can not give an exact cause of failure as they can not open the unit.
So amazingly warranties 2000 need a cause of failure.
I’ve given 2 stars as the staff are polite but the actual service is disgusting and I should have known they wouldn’t want to pay out. Very disappointed

would not touch these at all waiting since 12th august to get my car fixed every keep getting told it takes 3 to 5 working days to get quote looked at then want to send independent engineer will take 3 to 5 days to get the report back then they claim they haven't received the report yet after 7 days total joke and i have to keep getting in touch with them no communication

Warranties2000 are subcontracted by Big Motoring World to undertake some of their warranty fulfillment for them. Very long waits on hold when you phone up; unresponsive to emails which you frequently have to chase up. Not ideal when your car has been off the road for 3 months.

I Have renewed with them since I bought my car 5 years ago. Very quick to respond and can always talk to someone on the phone

Will have you know phone for days and not awnser . Don’t respond to emails either . Company is a scam . My repair is under my warranty for them to fix and they won’t repair it due, so what am I paying for . Really bad would advise not go with them

Took an extended warranty with them when it now came time for them to repair my vehicle, they wiggled their way out and not only that you are given the run around as there is no direct line to them, you have to go through carloans 365 to get either someone or AI to answer your call. I believe they are fraud..

Excellent service

I was very disappointed with my experience with Warranties2000.

The van I purchased developed a faulty crankshaft within the three-month warranty period, and I received written confirmation by email that Warranties2000 would contribute £250 towards the cost of replacing it as a gesture of goodwill. Despite this, the payment was never made.

Communication was consistently poor, with delayed responses and repeated chasing required on my part. Ultimately, the matter was simply left unresolved, and the promised contribution was not honoured.

Whether described as a warranty payment or a goodwill gesture, if a company confirms in writing that it will make a £250 contribution, I would expect it to follow through.

For me, the issue is not simply the money, but the lack of communication and the failure to honour a commitment that was made in writing. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and has left me with little confidence in the company.

The saga still continues with my car. The first bill they refused to pay £460 and now I have a £5160 bill and they’ve come back saying they will pay £1100 of it!! Absolute waste of money warranty considering we were told by big motoring world that they had brought out the company due to them not paying
out. “You’ll have no issues now” I have had this car for 9 months and had £5600 worth of repairs to pay. Not to mention the inconvenience of having the car off the road for weeks. So stressed out and might have to scrap the car as I can’t afford to pay for it to be repaired due to spending £30k to buy the car. I will be contacting the insurance ombudsman.

Thank you for your reply but £4K less than the amount is not “in the region” it’s not even close. I have had this car for only 8 months and spent a considerable amount on this warranty which has failed to pay out once already. Had I been able to take it to a Range Rover dealer they would have been able to pin point the issue the first time I lt broke down. This is disgusting customer service and the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. I am quite frankly appalled by your reply. 8 months and I have been without the car for one month of that.

Very lovely staff who are clearly there for that reason …always helpful with advice when your not too sure about something

Have used you before but if i hadn't been contacted by you to offer special deal would not have bought another warranty.
