Peace of mind
Very easy to arrange at a very reasonable charge. Manufacturer's extended warranty almost 3x as much. (I just hope I never need it!!!)

As I said if I receive a comprehensive response, I will change the rate and update the review.
Here is the update:
One of the member of sales team reached out to me via phone and answered all my questions. However, as I was requesting all those answers in a written format, they didn't hesistate and sent me an email about an hour later answering the questions I had.
Overall, from two stars to four stars as their response was immediate and convincing and IF the claim procedure is going to be as quick and straight forward as this case, they definitely deserve 5 stars.
Therefore, the two stars rating mentioned below is irrelevant.

Two star as my experience from the beginning is not what I was expecting:
I was about to buy extended warranty from this company, however, despite all those mixed reviews, from my perspective there are some question marks:
1- Where can I find how much is the maximum claim limit?
There is a long list of covered items and I appreciate it, however, any information about "maximum claim limit" is nowhere to be found.
2-how much for the labour cost?
There is nowhere on the website I could find any info regarding this matter. It's very simple, how much of the hourpy labour rate you will cover?
For example, dealership says 120p/h, and independent garage will say 70p/h.
How much is the maximum you can cover?
And where can I find this information?
3-vague wording of policy terms and conditions
This is in regards to claim procedure.
There is no clear instruction regarding the "choice of repairer", which states customer needs to call somewhere for advice, that's it!
So whether customer is surely allowed to choose their own repairer or not is an unknown matter.
Hope I receive a worthy response and surely if I receive a good and convicing repsonse I will definitely change the rate and edit the review

1- Where can I find how much is the maximum claim limit?
There is a long list of covered items and I appreciate it, however, any information about "maximum claim limit" is nowhere to be found.
The claim limit is the market value of the vehicle and you can have multiple claims during the policy term.
This information can be located in the following places within our website.
1- On the home page under Why Choose Warranty Direct Car Warranty?.
2- Within the terms and conditions which are available to download on our website under page 7 section ‘What is covered’ point e).
3- Within the warranty benefits page on the website which can be located under the warranty cover menu tab on the home page.
4- You can also view this on the page ‘Car Repair Costs’ which is under the Repairs menu tab on the home page.
Please note we are provided with the market value of your vehicle when you purchase the policy, and this will be displayed in your policy schedule.
2-how much for the labour cost?

In answer to your question in the event your vehicle suffers a mechanical or electrical failure of a covered component then we will pay for the parts and labour costs to repair or replace the covered component.
There is no cap on labour rates providing there is a valid claim.
This information is available within the terms and conditions under section ‘what is covered’ on page 7.
3-vague wording of policy terms and conditions
This is in regards to claim procedure.

Brilliant service
My wife's car needed a new gearbox .we took it to a dealer to get it fixed and started a claim . The whole thing took less than a week and we have now been paid by warranty direct which is amazing . The people at warranty direct were fantastic and it is a refreshing change to find a company that provided you keep you car well maintained and keep it regularly serviced and the faults are mechanical and not self induced they will pay your claim.Our dealer wasn't a customer of warranty direct so we had to pay once authorized and claim it back so we thought it would take weeks but not so. Great service.. got a quote online, tailored it to me and my vehicle and that was it all done. The coverage is excellent for the price I pay. Very simple and easy to use and I hope that (touch wood) if I do need to make a claim, it is as simple and easy as this process was.
