Peace of mind for stress free motoring
Website easy to navigate and levels of cover and excess explained very clearly. The premium was very competitive compared to other extended warrantees I have looked at. The cover provided for the vehicle was detailed and clearly stated the mechanical & electrical systems included.

Pedantic in the extreme
Pedantic in the extreme. Refused to cover a turbo failure on a vehicle that has had more services than required due to a service being slightly over the manufacturers service interval. Looked for every possible way to avoid paying and would never use again. To repeat, the car has been serviced regularly and on time barring once when it was slightly over, and more times than recommended to ensure smooth running. A possible reduction in amount paid would have been fair, but they avoided paying a penny. Been a customer for years and expected a far more measured, reasonable and professional approach.

We hope that we have clearly clarified the reason for this claim being rejected as we always aim to ensure that all of our customers claims are handled fairly, in adherence with our terms and conditions. We are very sorry to lose a loyal customer.

Great customer interaction today, no issues at all with the friendly call back to my message. However it would have been even better if the reference on the reminder or the QR code had worked so I could have done it myself online.

Been with Warranty direct for 2 month…
Been with Warranty direct for 2 month now.
My 4 year is old car developed a fault and I had to contact warranty direct 2 times regarding the issue.
Each time they answered the claim line within 1 minute and were very helpful and clear on what I had to do.
I got the feeling they really wanted to help me get the car sorted.
I then arranged for the AA breakdown cover on the warranty policy to recover me to a garage from my home. When they turned up they were able to rectify the issue with the car so no need to take it to a garage.
I now don’t have to claim and this saved me a lot of time.
Excellent service from warranty direct.
