www.warrenevans.com Reviews

Really helpful, informative, and great support choosing a mattress and arranging a courier when outside their delivery area.

Mattresses are way more breathable than other brands I've tried, comfortable and well made.

Highly recommended!

We arrived just 10 minutes before closing time but Rochelle, the adviser, did not rush us at all. She was clear, helpful and well informed. She understood our requirements and helped us make a good decision. We thought it over and placed an order for her recommendation online.

Excellent service from start to finish. Incredibly patient, attentive, and caring staff. Really went the extra mile and made the experience a 5-star one. Would highly recommend, and gladly buy again.

The purchase experience was just so pleasant and relaxed. David kindly walked me through the different types os mattresses and explained all about their features. I was also very happy to learn about the friendly return policies, so that I can try my new mattress with no hurry. Thank you so much Dawid! Looking toward to receiving my newest purchase :)

Joe explained very clearly the key features of the mattresses on display. He also answered our questions fully. He was very understanding of our needs. All in all a very professional and friendly interaction.

Knowledgeable, friendly, unrushed, attentive service, putting our needs first. Ahmed patiently guided us through the various options.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Answered my questions quickly & efficiently. Suntija had a genuine 'how may I help you' persona that came through over the phone, which put me (a hard of hearing oldie) at ease. Thank you.

Great company who care about the customer experience. Run by really kind, fun, lovely people.
High levels of Integrity and they mean what they say - if your not happy with any of your products, they stand by their word, and assist you without any resentment. They still give the same level of service - a rare thing these days. Got my Bed Frame from them - and I think it will last me years! Looks beautiful too X

Great customer service from Warren Evans. Straightforward ordering, friendly, helpful staff who went the extra mile to deliver the bed when I really needed it. A pleasure to do business with them.

Brilliant company. Beds are build to last. Just bought our third one. We’ve had the first for about 15 years and still brand new. Recommended them to my friends and parents. Deffo a 5 star company

Warren Evans is known for quality, simplicity and class, and I’ve not been disappointed
I ordered my first bed from WE 20 years ago, and another one today!
I needed advice on choosing my bed and an incredibly helpful sales assistant, Sintija sent me numerous photos via whatsapp to help me reach my decision.
Thank you so much!!

My family has bought these beds for many years and have just bought another. They are fantastic quality, built to last for many years, and are attractive too. Warren Evans always provide great customer service and we really enjoyed our trip to the Wandsworth showroom - Dawid gave us lots of information and advice and really helped. Thanks!

Ahmed helped us at Warren Evans. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.
He made buying our bed an easy pleasant experience.

I visited Warren Evans in Camden with a friend yesterday who bought one of the beautiful beds and mattresses. It was a nostalgic trip as I bought a bed and mattress here 14 years ago and both are still going strong.

I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case I must make an exception.
Having found Warren Evans totally by accident on google maps, and finding their very small showroom on an industrial estate my wife and I were very impressed with the level of service we received from
Joshua Casey the company representative.
His knowledge and explanation of the different types of mattresses they HAND MAKE was exceptional.
We were given a delivery date of two weeks, true to there word 2 week’s later a brand new mattress arrived, there was no charge for delivery or removing the old mattress.
I would highly recommend this company.
Many thanks to everyone in this small private company who made our purchase so enjoyable.

Personal attention helped making decisions and overall experience

Best customer service I’ve ever had. Were so helpful and easy to contact they replied immediately and arranged my order for me!

Rochelle was really helpful in providing me advice. Rochelle was very knowledgeable and responsive. I also met Ahmed in the Borough office and he explained the differences between the beds and tensions that best suited my needs. The website has plenty of useful information but the customer service was a big factor in influencing my decision to buy with Warren Evans.

A good example of how a well run business still trumps online. Good web site. Parking actually possible. Large showroom with exceptionally helpful staff,no pressurising and instead relaxed discussion of alternatives. Delivery possible problem surmounted by sending a video of staircases to ensure bed would make it to second floor.

David, who we saw initially, was very helpful and fully explained everything we needed to know about the bed we wanted to purchase. He gave us all the time we needed to make the right decision. The products are of excellent quality, covered by a long term guarantee. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their bed.
