Although we can’t offer you a glass of champagne here on our website, we hope you feel especially welcome and enjoy browsing our collections. Max was exceptional!!!!!
My son and I stopped in and we were so lucky to meet Max. He was so wonderful showing us all different watches. Max and my son were so thrilled to see each watch as he took them out of the case. We were so comfortable and pleased we purchased two. One for myself and one for my son. Thank you Max!!! There is only one place to buy a watch. We will be back.

Delivery experience was horrible
The watch is amazing. However, the delivery was an ordeal. The FedEx guy left a note at my doorstep saying I did not answer his calls, without even trying to call me and I had to go all the way to their office to pick it. They told me to get there by 5 PM. I reached their office at 6:30 and the watch was still not available with them and I had to wait once again. This was a gift from my girlfriend and the whole experience got ruined because of the incompetence of FedEx

I ordered a Tudor Balck Bay 39
I ordered a Tudor Balck Bay 39. I was told by email I would receive the package next day, but only a label was printed and was sent out the next day. I don’t mind since it was still fast enough for me but it’s not ideal to tell someone they will get something the next day and receive it two days later. More importantly the watch came in the Tudor box inside of a WOS box inside of the shipping box which was good. Once I opened the box, the problem started. The watch was not centered and loose on the watch holder. The tag was not on the watch but loosely thrown in the box. The watch had no original wrapping or seals. The watch had some smudges and even a small imperfection on the bracelet clasp. I love the watch but sadly disappointed in the overall presentation I got from WOS.
