Disgraceful.. verified purchase history of 18k, no not the biggest spender but it certainly contributed to the billion pound turn over. No more. I will be leaving a review each month until someone helps me

Obviously the watch was great but the service was bad enough that I might think twice before ordering from there again. There was a 30 lead time on the watch I ordered so I wasn't expecting to hear anything for a while. Then, I got a message after about 2 weeks that it was on it's way to them, and they asked me when a good say was to have it delivered. I picked whatever the earliest day was, and then took the day off since it needed to be signed for. then a day before it would have been shipped for next day delivery I was told They wouldn't be able to ship it. I responded right away, then waited for them to respond that there was some hold up with the warranty card. Then I was asked if I wanted it the next day, or like 3 days later. I said the next day. The next thing I see is a cancelation of my order, with no explanation. I responded to the email asking what the issue was, and then waited for a while to get another email saying that they had to sell me a different watch from what they were going to on the original order so they had to cancel it and then redo the order. in any case I think I got the watch the next day or two. Honestly my issue was not with the delay, but the complete lack of communication about what the issue was, why there was a delay and when I would the the near $5,000 watch I just ordered. It really felt like a scam at the time.

As for my Tudor Pelagos FXD is amazing though!

I ordered a watch on 1/29/26 - expecting it in 1 or 2 days. I should have had it on 1/31 at the latest. We got snow on 2/1 and they blame FedEx. It should have been here before the snow - btw, by 2/3 the massive 3 inches of snow was gone. I was supposed to have it by 1:30 today - NOPE. I will not accept delivery at this point as I have waited two days for delivery. RIDICULOUS.

Company sent my watch back to me saying ot worked, i have video proof it was still non functional. I emailed them on the 31st of January and they have said nothing! CROOKS!!!STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I WILL BE SUBMITTING VIDEO PROOF TO MY CREDIT CAED COMPANY! I WILL COMTENUE TO POST UNTIL THE OWN THE INJUSTIVE THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTENUE TO PERPETUATE! CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS!

Extremely disappointing experience with Watches of Switzerland.

After purchasing a Rolex with a certified cashier’s check, the store lost the check. To make matters worse, the watch was delivered missing extra links that should have been included.

A full month later, I was contacted and told I had two options:
1. return the watch I had already paid for, or
2. cancel the lost cashier’s check and bring in a new one.

I told them they have to file a claim with their insurance company as Them losing the check is not my fault, However, I agreed to do them a courtesy by canceling the check—despite the fact that my bank requires a 91-day waiting period to reissue a replacement. Even knowing this, the store applied pressure for another check and offered no meaningful assistance, accommodation, or accountability for their own mistake.

For a luxury retailer selling Rolex, this level of disorganization and customer handling is unacceptable. Losing a certified check, delivering an incomplete watch, and then placing the burden entirely on the customer shows a serious lack of professionalism.

I would strongly caution others expecting a high-end buying experience. This was anything but.

I purchased a Tudor watch from the Greene St store in NYC a few weeks ago and we had such a wonderful experience dealing with Hana that we decided to go back and purchase a Longines watch for my wife! Hana knows how badly I want a Rolex and she set up my profile with the models that I like. She also introduced us to the Rolex manager Ayla who was wonderful and made sure to take the time during a real busy night to chat with me and get to know a little bit about me and let me know she would do her very best to get one of the watches on my registry!

Our experience at Watches of Switzerland at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pa was exceptional. The store is lovely and offers many different brands. Our salesperson, Kellen, was excellent. He was patient, friendly and helpful offering not only assistance with watches but water, coffee and chocolates. I highly recommend the store.

I cannot say enough about my incredible experience at Watches of Switzerland, Plano Legacy West.

On the Pre-Owned and luxury brands side, Jonathan is simply outstanding. His knowledge across every watch brand is mind-blowing. He guided us into two amazing timepieces — the Hulk and a Platinum Day-Date — and he was right when he told me people would constantly ask about the Hulk! What began as simple window shopping turned into us leaving with two grails. Jonathan’s calm, welcoming approach made both me and my wife feel so comfortable and excited about building our collection. Most importantly, Jonathan also introduced us to Krissy on the Rolex side — and that introduction has been life-changing for our Rolex journey.

On the new Rolex side, Krissy has been nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment, she made both of us feel truly special. She explained the history and legacy of Rolex in detail, placed us on the right wish lists immediately, and always follows up with thoughtful updates. Krissy doesn’t just sell watches — she makes you feel like family while guiding you in shaping your collection. She has played such an important role in helping me and my wife start creating a legacy collection that means so much to us.

Kevin has also been fantastic, sharing Rolex insights alongside Krissy, and their teamwork shows just how much they value every client.

The hospitality here is unmatched. Anesha welcomed us warmly with coffee and drinks, and even the support staff impressed us — one associate was carefully wiping under the showcases to make sure everything stayed spotless. The attention to detail is incredible and reflects the pride this team has in their boutique.

The whole environment is calm, relaxing, and pressure-free. Every visit feels like an experience, not just shopping. I already have plans to create a showcase at home inspired by theirs.

From now on, all of my business will be with this Legacy West location, and I’ll be introducing my friends here too.

Watches of Switzerland delivered a seamless buying experience. When I requested that the watch arrive on a specific day, they delivered EXACTLY as requested. Joanna was my account rep and she was incredibly attentive and helpful. The watch arrived before noon on the day requested and everything was in perfect condition! I will definitely use Watches of Switzerland for future purchases.

My husband and I have been shopping at Watches of Switzerland located in American Dream mall, NJ, for the past few years now. Our AD, Philip, is hands down the best AD! He is friendly, patient, and respectful. Philip listened attentively to our interests in the various Rolex watches that we are looking to purchase. He provided his feedbacks, educated us at times, and made it happened for us. Much appreciated for always providing us with the best client services. Adela, who is one of the managers, is equally friendly and respectful. Greatly encouraged everyone to come and visit the boutique.

Best place to purchase watches

Very good customer service representative, and I appreciated that! And I am pleased with my new watch.
My only complaint is the requirement for adult signature upon delivery, especially because FedEx initially promised one day, then rescheduled for the next day (anytime before 8pm - ha!). Very inconvenient for my wife or me to stay home all that time waiting on the package! It would be nice to give options: we could easily pick it up at a nearby FedEx store, for instance. Or sign off on home delivery with no signature required. We would not have a problem with that.
I would completely understand the requirement if it was a $30,000+ watch, but this was only $1,800.

I trust watches of Switzerland for my watch purchases whether expensive or less expensive watches. They always treat you nicely and helpfully.

This was my first experience buying a higher-end watch, for which I have zero complaints. I absolutely love my watch and Watches of Switzerland was fantastic.
