Bad experience
Bad experience. I had my eye exam a few months ago, and sent them the prescription with that date. But after submitting my contacts order and many days of waiting, Webeyecare got back to me and said that "my prescription expired," and that I would have to pay for a new exam with them. When I protested this, my order was cancelled. What kind of scam is this???
Update: Since my vision prescription was just issued a few months ago, Webeyecare should have been able to get a contacts prescription as well. Instead, they threw it on me, by telling me to pay them more money for their eye exam. I've taken my business elsewhere.

To fill your order, we needed a contact lens prescription, which is different from your glasses prescription. We contacted your doctor’s office, and they informed us that your contact lens prescription had expired. We offer our customers an online vision test option that is usually appreciated for its convenience and timely results. We are unable to dispense contact lenses without a valid contact lens prescription. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for your order and then learn that your prescription could not be used. We hope this clarifies the situation.

Very unsatisfied
I’m updating my previous review because WebEyeCare reached out and explained that the situation was a misunderstanding. They issued my refund, including the original shipping cost, and I appreciate that they took the time to make things right. I may give them another chance in the future and just stick with the contact lens brand I normally order.
I’m still not sure whether the DAILIES simply weren’t right for my eyes or if some were defective. A few ripped along the edges while I was wearing them, and others appeared to already have a torn edge that I didn’t notice until after putting them in my eye—which is an awful feeling.
Overall, I don’t hold grudges, and I may give WebEyeCare another try next year. TY!

I am a 1st time customer to WebEyeCare. Ordered over 14 days ago. RX was confirmed by Dr.. not specialty or on back order. Says order processed for nearly a week. As of today still waiting. Although I have already received a request for a review about how I’m liking my contacts as well as asking if I want to reorder for more.. so far as a 1st time shopper with this site .. not impressed and do not recommend.

Where have you been!!!! Oh my goodness if you are like me and ordered your contacts and glasses right though your doctors office - STOP now. Very pleased with ordering experience
I was hesitant with ordering online since this was my first time purchasing contacts with Webcare. I emailed for assistance and I received a phone call promptly. The customer service representative stayed on the phone and walked me through the steps. She was very helpful and very patient.She made sure I had everything entered correctly, including my eye insurance. She provided great service and took care of my needs! The price of my order was $387 cheaper than where I have been previously ordering. She explained my contacts will ship tomorrow and I will receive an email with a tracking number.

I just got my prescription updated and…
I just got my prescription updated and needed to order new lenses. I did not know how to update my prescription on the website. Initially I couldn't find it. Thankfully I received Mark as my customer support specialist. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience one of ease and enjoyable. I was able to order my new lenses quickly. The customer service was Top notch and I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Mark for making this such a wonderful experience. Great customer service from Mark! I thought I was texting a chat bot then he asked to call me. We discussed more of the order issue on the phone call. All was resolved and processed within a couple hours. Thank you Mark for taking the time to listen and help resolve the issue at hand!
