Good experience, driver Mike phoned on the day of pick up and turned up when he said he would, friendly guy. Happy with valuation and can’t fault them.

I arranged for the bike to be reviewed, on that occasion, they asked me to rearrange for the following week. I’m self employed,so lost a days work.second occasion,2 hours before viewing,that if they bought it,the payment would be deferred til the following Wednesday.now,i dont know about you ,but the bike isn’t going nowhere until the money drops into my account.another days work lost!make your own mind up!

Valuation spot on turned up as per appointment Nice cheerful guy who knew his stuff and could appreciate the bike made it smooth sailing throughout. No nasty hidden fees just a great all round service .thanks .

The collection process was fine. There was no haggling, I was completely honest about the bike's condition, the finance was settled, and the remaining balance was transferred to me in March 2026.

Unfortunately, everything went wrong after they took possession of the bike.

I was assured by multiple members of staff that they would notify the DVLA of the change of ownership. However, I later received a notification from the DVLA stating that the bike still needed to be taxed. I contacted the company and was told not to worry, that they would handle everything. I even received an email confirming this and stating that if any issues arose, they would pay any fines and resolve the matter.

Shortly afterwards, I received a DVLA fine for failing to tax the vehicle. I contacted the company again and was reassured that it would be sorted. After repeatedly chasing for updates, I was eventually told there was an issue with my V5C document, which was surprising given that I had owned the bike from new. They said they would request a replacement V5C and resolve the situation, including paying any fines if necessary.

As the fine was still at the reduced payment rate, I contacted them again to make sure it was being dealt with. Once more, I was told to leave it with them and was assured that the relevant person had been contacted. They had already been provided with a copy of the fine notice.

Fast forward to today, and nothing has been resolved. I have now been told that the employee who originally received the documentation no longer works there and that no one has dealt with the matter. Despite months of assurances, I am now being told that I need to contact the DVLA and arrange for the fine to be redirected to them.

This is despite the fact that I had already informed the DVLA of the sale myself by Special Delivery after receiving the initial tax notice.

The result is that I am now left dealing with a fine, either having to go through the appeals process or pay it myself and then attempt to recover the money from the company.

The actual purchase process was straightforward, but the post-sale administration, communication, and ownership transfer handling have been completely unacceptable. I have been repeatedly assured that the matter would be resolved, only to find that no meaningful action had been taken. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone selling a vehicle to ensure they personally notify the DVLA and not rely on the company to do so.

Paid what they quoted , collection went smoothly and payment was on time.

Simple communication price agreed and after a short inspection bike purchased for the agreed price which was far better than a dealer offered - Matt was a pleasure to deal with, very professional - very happy and no time wasters/tyre kickers to deal with

After the initial internet 'sale' price was discussed on the phone a 'realistic' price was given and accepted, it was fair. The communication has been excellent in all respects. The collection time and date were arranged, again excellent communications. John called prior to arrival with an eta, he was super friendly, professional carried out a full inspection and the pre agreed price was honoured. John went to lengths to ensure I knew and was emailed all the information from the company DVLA etc, really good service. For the little extra I may have gotten selling privately, this process was so easy, so smooth and totally hassle free. I'd recommend to anyone who's realistic on the achievable price and wants a trouble free sale to give this company a call.

Super easy and quick. On collection day Dean was on time helpful and kept me updated whilst doing the checks etc.

Very happy with the service. Technician arrived on time (Travis) and explained everything thoroughly. Had a really nice chat with him and he took my bike. Payment arrived on time.

I sold my XSR900 to we buy any bike. Jonathan, who came to inspect it, was very polite and professional and arrived on time.

I had described the motorcycle accurately and he appreciated that and was confident it was as described. He then agreed on the price that was originally quoted to me, payment was instant, and then proceeded to sort the V5 straight away.

Couldn’t have been any easier. I was a bit concerned before selling my bike, as I had seen numerous bad reviews, and some quite ridiculous claims, but I think if you are honest in describing the motorcycle then you would have no problem. Very happy with the service and would use again.

We were kept fully updated throughout the process, which made everything run smoothly. Brad collected the bike and was a real asset to the company - he called beforehand to confirm his estimated time of arrival and was professional and courteous throughout.
I would highly recommend this business to others. An excellent service all round.
