Was dealt with straight away when entering shop. All staff very helpful and polite. Order was placed for washing machine,great price,no hassle and was delivered and set up promptly. The delivery men were very polite and even put washer on to check all was good. Would definitely recommend this shop. Will definitely use them again for my electrical items.x

Our engineer was extremely helpful, explaining exactly what was wrong and offering different solutions to fix the problem.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to after the brilliant experience I had with West Midlands Electrical Superstore. I had been searching for a replacement integrated oven for weeks, checking big-name retailers, but either stock was unavailable or delivery times were ridiculous.

I stumbled across West Midlands Electrical Superstore through a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I called, the staff were incredibly helpful. I spoke to a gentleman named Hardy! who patiently walked me through several models and explained the pros and cons of each based on my needs – no pushy sales pitch, just genuine advice.

What really stood out was the speed and clarity of communication. I placed my order on a Monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon, the oven was not only delivered but installed professionally with zero hassle. The delivery team even took away the old appliance without me asking.

The cherry on top? Their prices were significantly better than the high street or online giants, and yet the customer service felt personal and caring – something that’s hard to come by these days.

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll be coming back for a new fridge freezer soon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who values honest advice, fast delivery, and top-tier service. Thank you again to the team 😀

I rang them on Sunday spoke to Dave who sent some pictures on wasap .Dave came on Monday 12.00 with my new washing machine he fitted it took the rubbish away well impressed 👏 love my new washing machine 10 out 10 service would recommend them 👍

Amazing service, supplied and fitted same day by Dave. Top man, very polite and very friendly. Washing machine/dryer tested it to make sure everything works and gave a brief run down on how to work the washing machine.

Dave. He made my experience great called him in the morning in despair! My washer broken down, a none fixer. To be replaced with a clean, fully working by 7 o'clock the same DAY . At a price, I was shocked. I could afford it.

Very good experience from start to finish the delivery driver even helped unpack and install the freezer thank you all including all the staff that took my calls.

Staff very helpful. Cooker bought then delivered and fitted next day. They even took the old cooker sway. Excellent service.
