Friendly service throughout the sale . Arrived on time , no messing , inspected my bike and paid what was quoted . Top job.

Bike was valued over the phone and agreed upon and providing you describe your bike truthfully there's no haggling on the day, great communication from the company making the sale easy and hassle free. Courier guy goldie was punctual, respectfull of the situation and handled everything with ease.

Easy, quick, kept informed at every stage, bike assessor Nick is excellent.
At the start of the online process & subsequent phone call make sure you know every issue with your bike no matter how small and ensure that is fed back and understood fully to obtain your quote - I missed an issue with a wobbly mirror which I missed ( yet it was missed on the MOT!!) and a misunderstanding on service history -then you will not be disappointed other than that it was seamless.

Absolutely fantastic services I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to other people selling there bikes

Extremely disappointed. I was given a confirmed price and collection date, but on the scheduled day, no one arrived. I only found out the collection was cancelled after I called them—there was no prior email or phone call to notify me. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Charlie was great from start to finish, from ringing me with an arrival thru checking the bike over informing on every check. Cant fault the service....

It was very easy Tyrone was very easy going and helpful. But I do think when you have had conversations on the phone and you give a price you should stick with it as you had asked and been given all the information about the bike so trying to knock the price down is in professional I realise you need to make a profit but still think stick with the price you value at as long as everyone is honest

Got a quote that was a bit better than the rest of the sites, got to a couple days away from collection and i double checked my paperwork and was missing important documents. I called to cancel and it was fine. When i called about a week later with all the documents, leah managed to get me the same quote even though it had expired which was great and we arranged delivery straight away.

Ty came to collect my bike, he gave me plenty of heads up and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable of the process and bikes in general which made for a good chat and better experience.

When he was doing his checks he answered all of my questions about what he was checking for and how to do it myself as i was intrested.

Price was dropped slightly but not completely unexpected, nothing silly was picked up and marked down.

Definitely would consider using them again if im struggling to get a private sale.

Followed a Facebook link to get a valuation. First thing they needed was a Reg, so immediately they knew the make, model, & age.
10 minutes of harvesting my data later, and I get the msg "Thank you for taking the time to enter the details of your Honda XL700 V Transalp into our website. Unfortunately, your motorbike isn't a model we are looking to purchase at the moment."
So, if they knew that from the reg, why waste my time ... unless of course, it was my data they were after. Left a bad taste, and won't even consider buying a bike from them, now I have sold and in the market.

Selling my bike was easy, does what it says on the tin. Excellent service

The whole process was efficient and relatively stress free. A price was agreed which I felt to be reasonable. The van driver turned up promptly, quickly did his checks. He had to manhandle the Harley (approx 260kg) with a little help from me. The agreed purchase price was in my bank account a few minutes after completion

Straightforward and fair, the driver(Steve) was very good at communication,helpful and friendly, would use again
