Sold the bike for the agreed price. The whole process was simple and straightforward. On the day of collection I had a phone call at least an hour before. The person collecting the bike turned up on time and was polite and friendly. I opted for the same day payment so payment was almost instant !!

Very professional company. Good Communication throughout, friendly and helpful. Very simple to use. Fast turnaround. Fair valuation and pretty much the agree of sale price (small reduction for as worn tyre which was fair). Got more than trading in for my new bike but without time/hassle of private sale

Overall, the process was straight forward and simple. The engineer who came was polite, professional and good to deal with. Only negative in my opinion is the phone lines were poor quality and hard to hear. Very minor, but honest.

An incredibly simple, straightforward and hassle free way of selling my bike with helpful and lovely staff every step of the way. Obviously purchased for less than I would have got selling it myself, but a lot more than I was offered in part exchange from a dealership and without the nightmare of trying to sell privately.

Phil McRae came out and picked up my Vulcan S. Very professional and I got slightly under what I wanted but overall a fair deal. Phil was awesome and I would hope he came out again if I sell to them in the future 👍

Today 9th May, came to collect bike in Carlisle. The man who assessed my bike was brilliant and good crack. Gave me good notice of when they'd arrive, which allowed me time enough to remove my accessories, what a top fella. The lady who arranged my collection on the phone was great as well and very polite. The online process was very easy to use and got my valuation really quick, although it had a hard time uploading my 20 or so pictures. Something went slightly wrong with collection date, but got a call day before and when I told them I could do that day they without fuss change the collection date so thanks for that. Would sell my bike to them again.

Amazing experience from start to finish! So easy to sell your bike with these guys. I would highly recommend using them to sell or buy. Goldie was awesome, very professional and a genuinely great guy to speak with.

Easy to sell another bike through WWYM, with the central team scheduling the collection and payment.
Meanwhile Ricardo, who inspected the bike and facilitated the sale was excellent, both efficient & courteous, with clear communication throughout the process, even when there were a couple of hiccups caused by technology challenges!

Nick who picked up my bike arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and professional. He explained exactly what he was checking for and I was happy with the price offered. Money paid promptly into my bank account.

Very simple to sell my bike, quick response to collect, value price lower than I expected.

Arranged a price (terrible price but hey ho) arranged a collection three or four days later -cancelled due to "the van needed an MOT!" re arranged for the next week, I sat in waiting on a txt from the courier , nothing so I phoned (10 30 )by this time " oh sorry the driver phoned in sick, phone this number to arrange a new date!" Mathew phoned me to apologise " I was on holiday so stuff slipped a bit" we arranged another collection date A WEEK AND A HALF later! I sold the bike to Sykes Harley Davidson over the phone- they paid in less than a day and the bike was picked up the day after ......enough said, except I bet this review does not end up being published!
