The wheels I ordered were available at one of the best prices through Wheelbase but what stood out was the accurate spec, free fitment kit that was matched to my vehicle and the wheels to choose from. Delivery was very quick with updates at each stage. I wanted to check my order with them and getting through on the phone was really easy, I spoke to one of the staff experienced in wheel fitment and got the reassurance I needed. My alloys delivery that has me ripping my hair out..
My newly purchased car arrived on Friday, so I thought I'd treat it to some new alloys. I ended up buying tyres at the same time... why not?
The website stated the alloys were in stock and would be delivered within 1-2 days. By Monday, I still hadn't received any delivery information, despite the promised lead time. I sent three emails and called customer services, but nobody could give me an update or estimated delivery date.
Finally, on Wednesday, five days after placing the order, I was told the alloys would be dispatched and delivered on Thursday.
The order arrived on Thursday afternoon. I opened the box and, to my disbelief, they'd sent the wrong alloys.
I immediately contacted customer services, who asked me to send photos of the incorrect items. At this point, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. After sending the photos, I asked when I could expect the alloys I had actually ordered. I was then told that I would need to return the incorrect wheels and wait for them to be inspected before the correct set could be sent out.
In other words, I'd be waiting another week for an order that was already late and was their fault in the first place, meaning it would take roughly two weeks from the date of purchase.
A manager then got involved, apologised, and assured me he would resolve the issue by sending the correct alloys for next-day delivery. I was pleased with this outcome and even arranged for the tyres to be fitted on Saturday.
Then the next next day, 3pm on Friday, I received another message saying the alloys could not be delivered as promised. Instead, they would be dispatched the following Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday.
That means I will receive my order 12 days after placing it, despite being told the items were in stock and delivery would take just 1-2 days.
I have genuinely never experienced service this poor from an online retailer. What started as a delayed order quickly became a catalogue of communication failures, broken promises and incorrect deliveries.
I have no doubt I will run into more issues before they arrive, if they ever do.
(and I don't mean to get anyone in trouble, I never write reviews usually, but this experience has not been a nice one. We have all been there when we get a new car and are generally excited to show it off so these delays have been so frustrating as a result. Maybe its due to it being holiday season and they are short staffed?)

While there may have been additional challenges due to the holiday period, that doesn't excuse the conflicting information and missed commitments you've experienced. We need to make sure our customers receive accurate information and that, when something goes wrong, we do everything we can to put it right.
I'm pleased that a manager was able to get involved and work towards resolving the issue, but I appreciate that the subsequent change to the delivery arrangement has understandably left you disappointed again.

Missing centre caps still not here 4 weeks waiting
Ordered my alloys 13/07/26 and they arrived 1 week later than the estimated date. Finally they arrived on 31/07/26 but the alloys were all missing centre caps. I contacted customer support to get them send me the missing centre caps and it’s now been 4 weeks and no centre caps have arrived and I’m suture they’re not coming, and in the meantime they’ve been asking me to give a review several times, so here’s my review. Very very disappointing and will NOT be purchasing my next alloys from them and definitely will not recommend to anyone.
