Wheelbase are a company I've returned to a few times now. It's just a simple & straightforward process with them.
After-sales was good too - I needed a Wolfrace centre hub for wheels I'd purchased from them two years earlier. It arrived within 2 or 3 days 👍

Dear Ian,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you've experienced a flaw in the paintwork on one of your new alloy wheels.
We completely understand your frustration. When purchasing a brand-new set of wheels, you quite rightly expect them to arrive in excellent condition, and we appreciate that being offered £25 towards the issue has left you feeling that your concerns haven't been taken seriously.
We'd like the opportunity to review this properly and see what can be done to resolve the situation. Please contact me directly at [Russell.Daniel@Wheelbasealloys.com](mailto:Russell.Daniel@Wheelbasealloys.com) with your order details and, if possible, photographs of the affected wheel. I'll personally look into this and review the options available.
We're sorry again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, and we hope we can work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Kind regards,
Russell

A truly amazing alloy and tyre outfit!
My Mercedes CLS front passenger alloy cracked 6 times in potholes over 18 months incurring £450 welding costs. Fed up I decided to scrap these low profile 19 inch wheels and replace with 18 inchers.
I Fell foul of a firm who supplied duds. So Money back and start over with Wheelbasealloys who are totally awesomely wonderful! Best advice, friendly efficient team very fair cost over 12 months: now my car is shod with breathtakingly good looking alloys, higher profile tyres…serenely smooth ride…I’m over the moon!

Service that goes above and beyond…
Brought a set of Bola FLE’s in gloss Black in March for my Golf R, the finish on these wheels is fantastic and I was over the moon with them and the faultless service I received from wheelbase, unfortunately 6 months on one of the alloys sustained a knock from one of the hundreds of potholes on my way to Kent everyday for my job, so I decided I couldn’t live with a wheel that just felt wrong, so back on the phone to Wheelbase to purchase another rim. Everything was smooth and easy, which was great as I had a previous experience with another big wheel company who would only sell me another four wheels when I needed one !!! So yes I would highly recommended Wheelbase for choice service and price.

We're sorry to hear that one of the wheels unfortunately took a knock from the potholes, but we're really pleased we could make replacing the individual wheel straightforward and hassle-free. We understand how frustrating it can be when a wheel no longer feels right, so we're glad we could help get you sorted without the need to purchase a complete new set.
