I'm sure you will get better
This year you had delivered on time whereas previous years you had always had to reschedule due to issues you had full control over. Disappointing you have requested feedback only this year and not previous years. If you maintain this year's quality going forward then star rating will improve.

Delivery was quick, driver was helpful and put them where I asked. Pellets are burning well with no issues and low ash content.

Good product. Good price. But.... Many of the bags arrived split or with holes. So a lot of product was lost and will not keep dry.

The quality of the logs is very good
The quality of the logs is very good. The delivery driver was excellent, extremely helpful in bringing the logs up the drive to the log store. Where there is room for improvement is in the notification of the timing of the delivery. This was very short but as I am retired it was not s problem. For someone who works however this could have proved problematic.
