I ordered a whole shower room fit out on line to be delivered 200 miles away - received a follow up call ref some items that would be delayed but that helped organise a suitable delivery time - later during fitting the fitter noticed seals missing from a shower screen return - we were out the country but after many to and fro emails with Kyle Wilson & Erin Armstrong we finally sourced the correct seals which were then sent out do the job could be finished - excellent help and support all round!

I emailed store today about getting a replacement shower screen sent to me and Erin Armstrong replied to me very quickly which I really appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you Erin.

Great company and staff. I needed some items within a few days and the staff went above and beyond to make this happen. Yvonne in the Aberdeen sales team was so helpful when ordering and put the delivery through as express. There was a delay in delivery of some of the items but Kyle Wilson and Paul Kerr sorted this and got it send out for next day before 2pm. The sink and toilet unit are also absolutely fab so very happy with the service and products. Will definitely be using this company again! Thanks again everyone.

My shower enclosure was leaking as a part was fitted incorrectly. Erin Armstrong and Kyle Wilson helped to source the part I needed to fix the problem. It was very quick and they were both very helpful.

Placed an order and the external supplier had a hic up with the original delivery date, when I spoke to Wholesale customer services and Dylan Harkins picked up my request, the order was completed and Dylan tracked the delivery throughout and provided me updates on status and actual shipment date, excellent customer services

We are refitting a new shower room and we're at a bit of a loss as to what we actually needed. Lindsay was absolutely brilliant and went through options and made a number of excellent suggestions. It was a relief to get everything we needed all under one roof.

We visited Hillington Store and picked The Modena Cento Gloss White 1250mm Units. Very Good quality and assembled units. These units were for a small bathroom. We ordered online where we recieved a 5% discount. Order was ready to be picked up next day at Hillington.Friendly staff greeted us and helped us out to our car with all the packages. Toilet now all fitted and working great. Superb flushing toilet. Really pleased with our purchase and our Wholesale Domestic. Experience.
