Fantastic servicing. We bought product 15 months ago that unfortunately needed replacing. Erin Armstrong (the customer care handler) issued a replacement in less than 30 minutes after my original request, as the product included a 2 year guarantee.

Needed to add an item to an order and Erin Armstrong responded straight away by email and provided me with a link to complete the additional payment. Hassle free service that I appreciated as most other organisations say you have cancel and rebook - great service - thank you.

We wantef to purchase a new sink and unit but were unsure as where to find what we were looking for. As we appraiched the customer service for help we were warmly greeted by Linda who immediately offered to show round to show whst was available, she was very friendly chatty and very knowledgeable, found what we wete looking for in no time thanks to Linda, lovely lady.

I purchased a toilet and sink, but unfortunately the cistern was damaged when we eventually unpacked it. The packaging was inadequate to properly protect the item.

The delay in reporting the damage was because significant building works were taking place and we didn’t have the space to safely unpack and inspect the items when they arrived. The cistern had not been used, installed or damaged by us.

When I contacted the company, they refused to replace it because it was reported outside their 30-day policy. They initially offered 30% off a replacement, later increasing this to 40%, but refused to provide a full replacement despite my explaining the circumstances.

Very disappointing customer service. I’m now having to pursue the matter through PayPal and seek consumer advice. I’d strongly recommend checking any goods immediately on delivery and keeping all packaging until you’ve done so.

Purchased a good quality bathroom shelf. Haven't yet put it up but seems very well-made. Fittings were missing when first arrived but replacements arranged immediately - first-class customer service (shout-out to Erin Armstrong!)

I ordered bathroom units that turned out to be unsuitable and asked to return it. I was told a return couldn't be accepted because I no longer had one of the original boxes. The box had been damaged in transit. The underside and back, which had been hidden from view when it was delivered, were soaked, and it fell apart when I moved it. The unit itself was undamaged and still in its protective seal.
I was initially refused the return with no refund. After I pushed back, I was offered a 50% refund, which I declined as the item was unused and untouched. I also offered to repack it in one of their own boxes, but this was refused.
I found the whole experience frustrating and unhelpful. I have returned the other items I bought from them and will shop elsewhere in future.

We visited the Edinburgh branch today to purchase our new bathroom. We were looked after by Ali, who was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. Fantastic service & now looking forward to seeing our new bathroom finished. Thanks again, Billy Glen.

I’d highly recommend this company. I recently bought my bathroom from here and the staff were great. We did have a damaged wall panel, probably happened in transit however Kyle Wilson from the customer care team was fantastic and organised a replacement to be delivered the following day allowing my bathroom to be completed within timeframes. Bought some tiles from here. Not a massive order. Prices on the website cheaper than most place. It arrived really quickly. However tiles arrived damaged. Upon contacting the company, I had an immediate response from Dylan Harkins. An offer of a partial refund was suggested. After agreeing to this kind gesture, I was informed of each process. And a refund was issued within days. Would highly recommend. Thank you ☺️
