Absolutely outstanding service from Fraser Moran in the Glasgow Office. I needed help designing a new 'accessible' bathroom for my elderly mother that still looked modern, stylish and aspirational - and not like a hospital or care home bathroom. Fraser spent hours on the phone taking my accessibility specifications and helping me design an amazing new bathroom. I cannot praise Fraser and the Wholesale Domestic Team highly enough. Showroom had a great choice to see, ordering process was straightforward, they had everything in stock we were looking for, albeit needs to be collected from a warehouse a short drive from the showroom, but not an issue. Linda who served us was very friendly and helpful, good customer service.

We visited the Hillington showroom to look at bathroom furniture.Alice was very helpful with us for one of the ranges we had looked at.Unfortunately the tall boy unit was gonna be too wide for where it was to be situated in our bathroom.We went away & had a look online later that night & placed an order for a different range & chose home delivery.A few days later we decided we would rather pick up ourselves than wait for delivery.Alice sorted this out for us swiftly & in no time we had the goods loaded into our cars.Happy with the prompt service we received.

Fantastic servicing. We bought product 15 months ago that unfortunately needed replacing. Erin Armstrong (the customer care handler) issued a replacement in less than 30 minutes after my original request, as the product included a 2 year guarantee.

Needed to add an item to an order and Erin Armstrong responded straight away by email and provided me with a link to complete the additional payment. Hassle free service that I appreciated as most other organisations say you have cancel and rebook - great service - thank you.

We wantef to purchase a new sink and unit but were unsure as where to find what we were looking for. As we appraiched the customer service for help we were warmly greeted by Linda who immediately offered to show round to show whst was available, she was very friendly chatty and very knowledgeable, found what we wete looking for in no time thanks to Linda, lovely lady.

I purchased a toilet and sink, but unfortunately the cistern was damaged when we eventually unpacked it. The packaging was inadequate to properly protect the item.

The delay in reporting the damage was because significant building works were taking place and we didn’t have the space to safely unpack and inspect the items when they arrived. The cistern had not been used, installed or damaged by us.

When I contacted the company, they refused to replace it because it was reported outside their 30-day policy. They initially offered 30% off a replacement, later increasing this to 40%, but refused to provide a full replacement despite my explaining the circumstances.

Very disappointing customer service. I’m now having to pursue the matter through PayPal and seek consumer advice. I’d strongly recommend checking any goods immediately on delivery and keeping all packaging until you’ve done so.
