Purchased a good quality bathroom shelf. Haven't yet put it up but seems very well-made. Fittings were missing when first arrived but replacements arranged immediately - first-class customer service (shout-out to Erin Armstrong!)

I spoke with Erin Armstrong on Friday.
She was helpful, polite & reassuring that my problem would be solved with a manufacturing issue with my toilet pan.
Arranging a pick up of the faulty one & delivering a new one.

I ordered bathroom units that turned out to be unsuitable and asked to return it. I was told a return couldn't be accepted because I no longer had one of the original boxes. The box had been damaged in transit. The underside and back, which had been hidden from view when it was delivered, were soaked, and it fell apart when I moved it. The unit itself was undamaged and still in its protective seal.
I was initially refused the return with no refund. After I pushed back, I was offered a 50% refund, which I declined as the item was unused and untouched. I also offered to repack it in one of their own boxes, but this was refused.
I found the whole experience frustrating and unhelpful. I have returned the other items I bought from them and will shop elsewhere in future.

We visited the Edinburgh branch today to purchase our new bathroom. We were looked after by Ali, who was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. Fantastic service & now looking forward to seeing our new bathroom finished. Thanks again, Billy Glen.

I’d highly recommend this company. I recently bought my bathroom from here and the staff were great. We did have a damaged wall panel, probably happened in transit however Kyle Wilson from the customer care team was fantastic and organised a replacement to be delivered the following day allowing my bathroom to be completed within timeframes. Bought some tiles from here. Not a massive order. Prices on the website cheaper than most place. It arrived really quickly. However tiles arrived damaged. Upon contacting the company, I had an immediate response from Dylan Harkins. An offer of a partial refund was suggested. After agreeing to this kind gesture, I was informed of each process. And a refund was issued within days. Would highly recommend. Thank you ☺️

I ordered a whole shower room fit out on line to be delivered 200 miles away - received a follow up call ref some items that would be delayed but that helped organise a suitable delivery time - later during fitting the fitter noticed seals missing from a shower screen return - we were out the country but after many to and fro emails with Kyle Wilson & Erin Armstrong we finally sourced the correct seals which were then sent out do the job could be finished - excellent help and support all round!

Great company and staff. I needed some items within a few days and the staff went above and beyond to make this happen. Yvonne in the Aberdeen sales team was so helpful when ordering and put the delivery through as express. There was a delay in delivery of some of the items but Kyle Wilson and Paul Kerr sorted this and got it send out for next day before 2pm. The sink and toilet unit are also absolutely fab so very happy with the service and products. Will definitely be using this company again! Thanks again everyone.
