Caleb treated me so well, really made me feel special

went to Wicks Westhill today 12.50pm to visit the outdoor garden section only to find the doors blocked off with barriers, no notice why, no staff to tell us why , even when we made a comment to the lady on the checkout about outdoor section being closed got a blank response. So first visit to this store could be the last, on to B & Q Bridge of Don

First time I've used them, easy parking, lady on till told me where I'd find what I was after. Good prices and was helped by male member of staff to load the bags into my car. Definitely recommend.

Sejal & Simon help me so much for delivery need. Excellent customer care services.

Would love have my dream kitchen. But I'd recommend going somewhere else to others.
Unfortunately company seems unable to provide all the items required to complete my kitchen. Persistently sending incorrect items then advised they have been delivered .
I even have an incorrect oven which I'm now storing for them.
Customer service at times hasn't been great. Multiple period radio silence and and non attendance of site visit without notification extremely frustrated. They won't even provide a contact to make a complaint.
Kitchen itself might one day be lovely this has now been an ongoing saga since mid January. Costing extra for return trade visits . Poor show wickes

Kitchen design fail
Went in to great new store in Aberdeen lovely kitchen designs and gave a floor plan and a kitchen layout for them to price and left all contact details
Waited 4 weeks went into store on Wednesday told nobody in kitchen department in till Friday so can’t buy a kitchen mid week obviously
Poor show no contact made

Ordered items for click and collect. Quick service. Brought items out to the car and assisted lifting them into the boot.
Also popped into the shop to purchase some additional items. Very clean and tidy. Really friendly staff. Excellent service from Tayo at the checkout.

Purchased 5 pieces of kiln dried wood. When I got home with them they were all buckled and no use. I phoned the Aberdeen store who were unhelpful and dismissive. The sales assistant said I've spoken to the manager and there's nothing that can be done.

£62.50 down the drain!

went in the new store for some paint, found only 1 tin of the colour i wanted but needed one more, i asked the assistant Sejal if she knew if there was any more and she went through to the warehouse to get one for me, she was so helpful and cheery and got another tin for me, it saved me a second trip, i was impressed wit the service. i’ll be back. the paint was perfect.

When I got to checkouts the guy that was on didn’t say hi or hello when I approached him so was disappointed with that ,I was at the Westhills store Aberdeenshire Thursday 17th October.

Been trying to get a refund for a small radiator which was never delivered. Ordered on 11/09/24 it’s been lost no refund as it’s out for delivery with Parcelforce tracking hasn’t moved since 13/09/24.
Wickes have seen the tracking number the lost parcel reference number but not willing to credit my account.
Now need to wait for email to say I shall receive my refund then have to go back to the store to get it. Worst customer service online and in store not a clue. Well need to add this final comment was asked to leave details for my issue yesterday, had no response 10/10 for lack of service. Two days later still no contact or refund

We went to wickes in Aberdeen looking for bathroom wall panels. We weren’t really sure type, thickness, etc.
Frank was a great help, he guided us through the process and made the whole process and the delivery time so easy. Hopeful the delivery will be here on time 🤞

Great experience overall and myself and my wife will definitely go back there in the future, even though I’ve always been a B n Q individual.
