Really friendly and helpful staff!
I was unsure of everything that I needed, but the staff helped me every step of the way and were extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Machaela my kitchen designer was absolutely amazing !!she designed my kitchen just as I dreamed it to be ..her amazing care during the delivery and installation was amazing even though a few hiccups with the delivery and the installation she was there to resolve issues and to see that we were happy all the way
She also gave us good after-care and went that extra mile when she didn't have to.her dedication to seeing customers happy was outstanding!!!..

We had Chloe help design our new bathroom and downstairs toilet. From the start of our project to the finish everything was excellent.
Chloe arranged all the deliveries to be here at the same time and her idea's and insight were in valuable . The work carried out by Andy and Matthew Winter was excellent, they are a credit to their profession. Would highly recommend using Wickes.

Really helpful and friendly staff member Denise helped me find the sealants and screws I needed when I bought materials for my building project. Always a great experience at Aylesbury wickes, Chris went above and beyond to help me with searching for items and helped me to my car with bags of sand and compost.

I recently organised a new kitchen for my elderly parents. In store Chloe helped us decide on the best options for them and guided us through the whole process from measuring up and designing it to the installation. She was very helpful and patient with us all and was on hand for any queries we had a long the way. Derek and his Son did a great job on the installation and were very friendly and efficient. My parents now have a modern and more accessible kitchen for their needs and I would 100% recommend Wickes, Chloe and Derek to anyone considering a new kitchen.

I recently visited Wickes in need of multiple bags of gravel. A very kind, knowledgeable and helpful lady working at the store Clarice couldn’t have helped anymore. She assisted me in loading the trolley. Then proceeded to help load my car without being asked. Amazing customer services provided will definitely be returning to the Aylesbury Wickes.

I had my kitchen designed and installed through Wickes, the experience was really easy and straightforward. Chloe created a great design and was always on hand to answer any questions and more than happy to make changes as and when I changed my mind, I would highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a new kitchen design. The fitter (Derek) also did a great job with the installation and was always happy to discuss things throughout. I would happily recommend both Chloe and Derek to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We worked with Chloe on the design and production of our new kitchen. She has been so helpful and patient with the process, responsive and proactive with updates and changes we have made throughout the time we were designing. We truly appreciate the hard work and dedication she had for our kitchen design. Thank you so much and we are so pleased with our kitchen!

As for the installation, John has been exceptional and had a key attention for detail when building the kitchen. He made sure it was done with care and within a good time frame for completion. He is very pleasant to work with and responsive to our comments. We are thrilled and impressed by his work on installing our kitchen. Thank you so much.

Wickes in response to your reply 16 June:
(i) How sorry you are - this doesn't resolve anything. Your unsafe work damaged the family home. Instead, inform us about the fixes. Action speaks a million times louder about any company/person verses words.
(ii) More details - as you really should be aware, a manager already came to "look" and there have been plenty of telephone calls, and email correspondence. Now an installer is supposedly coming out of hiding today to assess? Did the manager not take enough details on Friday or did they not share before going on holiday? Stop messing around.

I'm sick of the effort to try contact different parties, baseless denial and b.s. it's time to take responsibility for your work, start with the fixes and pay for the damage you've caused!!

The complete list of issues including photos / videos will be sent for your attention later on. This suggests to me you are far from the experts you claim to be. I've not decided yet if that should be distributed via email to you or more publicly.

In the meantime, here is the current list of expenses that you will need to settle, as you will understand this may not yet be exhaustive depending if any other related costs arise:
(1) Emergency plumber you left for my parents to locate invoiced at £594.00.

(2) New tank and fitment quoted at £2K.

(3) Electrical safety checks - £tbc

(4) Structural checks- £tbc

I went in to Wickes on Saturday and had to take my three children with me, which is always a stressful experience. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I asked a member of staff, (her name was Kim) she didn’t just tell me where it was, but she took me there herself, and was talking to my children, asking them questions and laughing with them on the way; which made the experience more enjoyable for them which in turn made my experience all round, so much easier. She was so helpful, and it was refreshing to have someone so full of life working in a retail store!
