Visited your store in Bedford twice today. Your customer service was really great. Your staff helped us a lot and the ladies at the till were really helpful. London helped us carry our things and unload th in the car when we were struggling and reassured us, even though the store was about to close he didn’t make us feel it was an effort for him. Very happy. Thank you

I regularly use the Wickes branch, Bedford and spend a fair amount of money in store. On this occasion sales assistant Zoe recognised me and asked for my Trade Pro Account which I didn’t have.
Zoe immediately called for another member of staff to help with other customers whilst she set me up with a Trade Pro Account.
Many thanks to Zoe at the Bedford store. Time to saving a few quid. Happy days.

It’s quite rare in large hardware outlets to find such a unified team. I’ve always found the Bedford staff to be aware of your needs, especially if a hand is required when loading 8×4 sheet materials or bags of cement.
I speak from experience, having worked as a carpenter for over 40 years.
Please, Mr Wicks, cherish this team—you’re privileged to have them(they are rare)

Zoe was a great help today on my visit to Bedford Wickes. I was looking for a stock item which didn't appear to be on the shelves but was in stock. She happily went searching for it and also signed me up for the trade card while i was there. Great service. Nothing was too much effort

Had an issue with a broken toilet seat which Dawn and the team resolved quickly while I continued to shop for other items. Thank you for a great service

We cannot recommend Billy at the Bedford Wickes highly enough! He recently helped us design our dream kitchen, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.

What really stood out was Billy’s incredible patience and expertise. We ended up changing our minds on the layout and finishes three different times, but Billy never missed a beat. He remained professional, calm, and was more than happy to go back to the drawing board to make sure every detail was perfect for us.

He provided excellent advice throughout the process, pointing out practicalities we hadn't even considered while ensuring the aesthetic stayed exactly what we were looking for. He made what could have been a very stressful project feel incredibly easy.

Very good experience.Zoey and James have been very helpful in general.I had to visit quite a few times due to not being able to collect on time and they were very helpful.In general my experience is not very good in other wickes.
