Wickes - Bedford Reviews 

This is the 4th Wickes kitchen we have fitted. We have found the units to be really good quality and reasonably priced. We were lucky enough to have Sarah plan the kitchens for us and she was able to plan and suggest ideas we had not even thought of. Any minor problems were quickly sorted and we are very happy with the results and the service recieved. We would not go anywhere else.

Went into Bedford branch today a young lady called Jasmine was so helpful and very pleasant with a nice smile.Weldone Jasmine

Julie was very helpful & professional. Information given to me about my enquiry was much appreciated.

I know that whenever I need something in Wickes, I can always rely on James Mac and Kirsty to help me find exactly what I need for whatever project I'm working on.

Customer service seems to be their focus so please keep up the great work as you're a credit to Wickes Bedford.

I needed a discontinued paint colour which was identified and accurately colour matched by Kirsty in store. A very polite and professional service throughout our visit to this store.

I am not a DIYer, but I needed a few bits for my bathroom. The staff were friendly, professional and did not patronise me. They helped me find what I was looking for and even made suggestions on better options than what Google had said to use.
I felt a bit intimidated going in, but they really helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend!!

I have been shopping at the Bedford for about 4 or 5 years now and I must say the service and range of products has always been excellent!

The staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly.

I have had multiple interactions with the store manager, James McGregor and found him to be very approachable and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to advice regarding my previous DIY projects.

With so many projects and refurbing going on at my home over the past year I’ve found it necessary to go to Wickes Bedford for my DIY’ing needs and was compelled to provide this review as the customer service I receive has been absolutely brilliant.

I could easily go to one of the other DIY stores in Bedford, but I found that the customer service at Wickes Bedford is what makes it more the worthwhile because if I’ve ever needed some help and guidance with regards to choosing the right products or any general enquiries, staff members like James MacGregor, the other James and Kirsty have always taken the time and patience to assist me.

Its customer service that makes the big difference so well done James, and the other James and Kirsty in leaving a most positive experience with shopping at Wickes Bedford.

Please keep up the great work as you’re a credit to Wickes.

Julie at the Bedford store gave great service sourcing more flooring from stock in a quick time scale.

I am a great believer in credit where credit is due as this Bedford store gets a very well deserved 10/10 in my books.
We use dozens of different Wickes stores all over the South East but the Bedford store stands out for many reasons.
As soon as you walk in you get a hello from the lovely ladies on the tills, the store is always kept clean and very well stocked.
The staff on the shop floor are always on hand if you need a product you cannot find and if we do need a bit of a technical question answered then there is the duty manager James (Scottish fella) as there are 3 James. I really cannot praise the store and staff enough for all their helpfulness and making you always feel welcome.

I use wickes Bedford all the time. I found the staff really helpful especially one of the managers named James. He is a credit to the company always helpful and very cheerful. Nothing is to much trouble

Wickes contacted me on trustpilot asking for my details to discuss my previous 1 star review regarding the goading manager at Wickes Bedford, Please look at my first review titled "Goading manager", surprisingly I've had no further response after sending them my details. As I said, the way in which managers at Wickes talk to customers, especially women, is appalling and Wickes obviously still think it's ok to goad and say " come on then" to my disabled retired husband. Shame on Wickes!
