Wickes - Caerphilly Reviews

Came in on the off chance to look at a kitchen, made a follow up appointment to completer the design. Ian was very thorough going through the plans, made sure that everything was fully explained at each stage. Count not fault the customer service that I experienced.

Great experience. Staff are super helpful particularly Chris the supervisor who loaded all 20 concrete slabs into my car for me and then took the time to talk through composite decking options with me. Would definitely recommend.

I am deaf and your member of staffs Selena went above and beyond took her time explaining things to me didn't embarrass me in anyway very professional and made me feel at ease

Products competitively priced and in stock. Delivery cost and next day service unbeatable. Would definitely order online again without hesitation.

We asked Liz where to find a couple of items and she was very helpful.

I spoke with Selena in Caerphilly regarding your laminate range and she was very knowledgeable and helpful about the pros and cons of each aspect of your range

Fair play, Jack and Jacqui at the Caerphilly store were both super helpful in assisting and advising with my purchase, (and also lovely and friendly). Thanks to them I found exactly what I needed for the DIY I have planned.

We visited Wickes today and were really impressed with the service from Sion. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s always nice to come across such great customer service – thank you, Sion!

The lady who served,Selena, provided excellent customer service and very accommodating.

Wickes Caerphilly. The gratitude and appreciation I have for Ian Baker cannot be put into words. The bathroom and Kitchen he designed are exactly how I pictured them to be. He communicated with me throughout the whole process from the first appointment being booked to follow up emails after order confirmations. He did not influence or take over any decision in design or budget. He listened to what I wanted as well as what I needed. He was patient and understanding in moments of chaos and went above and beyond to ensure he could help me in any way he could, I honestly cannot praise this gentleman enough. He is a credit to the company and should be highly recognised.

Selena was extremely helpful at our recent visit to the Caerphilly store, she was able to advise on products and find everything we needed. Many thanks.

Liz was very helpful! For two people learning as we go looking for stock, Liz was on hand to help us from the start. Nothing was a hassle and all parts we required were found with Liz's assistance.
